Jiffy Lube has been my “go to” car maintenance choice for 31 years. I appreciate their record keeping because they keep track of the recommended services using car-maker specific specs. I am now 30 years older than I was when I first started using their business. Now I’m not as bendy as I used to be and today I just needed a couple of minor things- windshield wipers and window cleaning fluid. I asked if they could vacuum the floor too. The mechanic didn’t shrug or roll his eyes, he just fixed me up in about 15 minutes and I was good to go. No high pressure or complaining, . He pleasantly performed the everyday things that I just can’t do any more. I appreciate that kind of service. I’m not as capable as I used to be, and I appreciate the service with a smile attitude more than those young men and women know. Their help and their smiles made my day! Thank you thank you!💜💜💜

Now we are over 3 hours and I missed a meeting and could not miss my next so I had one of the employees drive me home so that I wouldn't miss it. I hope that jiffy lube makes this right and hope hope my car is okay, because they started a few times and it was shaking!!

Oil change was done at the Jiffy Lube on Alameda. My hood doesn't stay up. I have to prop it up with a PVC pole I made. They broke my oil fill plastic reservoir. They are offering to fix it since it was a mistake.

This is the best car service I've ever had in New Mexico! They take good care of you and check everything on your car! Tony is the best tech and he really pays attention to detail! I will take my car back everytime!

Awesome service, Very Nice and experienced, and easy to find !! 💯💥😎. They offer many different services as well, including tune ups, brake and rotor replacement, transmission and oil fluid / filter replacement, as well ! One of their best specialties is their AWESOME headlight cleaning service, which has a Lifetime Guarantee, and to which, you can EVEN see, the headlamp bulb from under all that UV damage to your headlight covers !!!!! Today : 9/25/24 , another Great Experience with our local Jiffy Lube ! We had them look into a fuel filter/ fuel injector cleaning, which they did promptly, cleaning out the fuel line and injectors so that we could determine if that was the only issue. This time it was, and once again we were reminded of the large variety of services which Jiffy Lube can provide !!!

I went 10 minutes out of my way to go to the Jiffy Lube at 4th and Alameda. The employees provide excellent service and are very personable without the pressure of the up-sale.

These guys are a joke . Took two of my vehicles there for a basic oil change they didnt tighten the filter on either one of my vehicles 2 separate times. My mechanic had to check out my vehicles and this was the problem with both of them lost most the oil in both cars inconvenient! I don't recommend this place can't even do a simple oil change. If u could rate 0 stars I would.

Really amazing people I was with. Whoever was there at 4-6 on Oct/1 Tuesday. You’ve been all amazing thank you so much for taking care of me as a customer and thank you! My brake fluid was corrosive and they caught up on it :) they’ve been the first to ask me a quote for my car’s windshield Last time in the summer my mom went to have an oil changed and brake fluid and it was not done properly (couple of mechanics taken a look in Colorado and told us it was done improper and that there was no change) idk how we made it to Colorado. We’re safe but I was so nervous to head to the same Jiffy lube but the team that day reassured me :) thank you! And my car is absolutely happy and well! thank you!

Store on alameda near second st. In albuquerque is where I go. They are courteous, quick and reliable. Prices are higher than other places but I count on them to do a good job.
