I had the unexpected pleasure today to visit the Jiffy Lube on 2nd Street and Alameda. I do not live in town and drove three hours for a business trip. My vehicle was in desperate need of an oil change. The Gentlemen, that assisted me showed the utmost professionalism, integrity and friendliness that we are just not used to in this day and age! If I could give these men 20 stars, I would. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the Albuquerque area. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on 2nd St. and Alameda. Best Oil Change Ever! Came in for an oil change, left feeling like a NASCAR pit crew just worked on my car. These guys are FAST. I barely had time to scroll through three memes before they were done. My car is now smoother than my pickup lines (which isn’t saying much, but still). 10/10, would trust them with my ride again!

Been taking my car there for years. The prices on oil changes are expensive even with a coupon They do clean windows, vacuum floors. Which is great.

Great place, always have my less commonly needed oil, and got the filter that was needed there super fast. The assistant manger was helpful, polite, and professional. Service was quick and efficient, which is respectful of my time.

Up until today good, when trying to be up sold on some of your other services I told the attendant I could get parts and other services cheaper through a friends auto shop! With that he replied!!! They don’t change oil ???!!!!!! They do and from now on I will drop off my trucks and cars to them despite needing to make an appointment and have a vehicle tied up all day rather than have a 10$ an hour technician speak down to me about my choice not to have them service anything other than just an oil change!!! Best Jiffy lube in Albaquerque! We’ve been bringing our vehicles to this location for many years. There very efficient and thorough no hard upsell for extras or add ons but will point out potential problems. Waiting area and bathrooms are always clean and tidy!

Great experience! (Alameda2nd st) Anthony Gallegos was my tech. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He was also was very transparent, not like a pushy salesman. I will return for sure.

I want to give a shout out to Isaiah, one of the managers. Weeks ago, while driving down Alameda with my very large dog and my husband, I got a bad flat tire. I hobbled/drove to the Jiffy Lube where Isaiah cheerfully and quickly changed my tire to the spare so I could go get a new tire. He wouldn't take a tip. So THANK YOU, Isaiah for your help and kindness!!!
