Went to get an oil change and the guy working on it came back to tell me that the dipstick tube came out and that I should go to the last place I went to for an oil change and demand they fix it. Now this didnt make much sense to me. I hadnt been to a shop in over a year. I dont drive much so I was still under the 5000 miles from the last oil change. They told me I wouldn't be able to drive it somewhere else as oil could spray in the engine. Ended up charging me $600 to fix it. I took that as towing it somewhere else to get it repaired would've cost more than just getting it done then and there. I have no proof of anything, and no way to prove anything, but with the technicians first response being blaming others and claiming that this was almost definitely not a wear and tear issue, I cant help but be suspicious that they were the one to break it. I will not be going back to jiffy lube and wont recommend them to anyone

i asked three time before they serviced my car if they fill up air and fill up windshield fluid and i was assured that it will happened. picked my car up. no fluid and tires were still low 😩

After waiting 45 minutes at another location for someone to show up. I went to the one on Western and Anna was amazing and quick and fast. From this point on I will be going to the one on Western.

Amazing job amazing staff, I come from shawnne but I have been using jiffy lube since 2001 now we are in 2024 haven't had any problems the same reason why we keep coming back their customer service is great 5 star rating best part of all I've been paying the same fee every time I come and honesty I can not complain nor can compare to any other place that I have been too thank you jiffy lube... thanks to management she was amazing....

I recommend you to go to Jiffy Lube. Multicure, My experiencer was wonderful They greeted me as soon as I drove up.They took me Inside while they check my car they asked what I was looking for I said oil changei liked that they checked the whole car and told me what I needed to change in the Future they Change my oil very quick. I liked it cause they treated me like a customer not with dollar signs in their eyes I wanna think noah And all that crew employees cause they all work together and got me out of there quick.So thank you're honesty.I will be back

We have been taking our family vehicles here for years. The staff is always courteous and they do a good job. If you require a non typical oil and give them a heads up, they can get what you need to complete your oil change. I recommend this Jiffy Lube location.
