Way over priced . The service people were great. Fast and efficient but way over priced. I think $143 is way over priced for eight quarts of oil in one filter.

Great friendly service. They were pretty busy but I was still in and out of there in 45 minutes. Nice hot coffee while I waited and a clean restroom!

I stopped coming to jiffy lube a while back when the technician installed the wrong filter and oil pressure wouldn't go up. BUT, I decided to give a different location a try. The service was slow. It was the longest I've ever had to wait at jiffy, valvoline or Walmart. The young lady at the counter was very sweet and apologetic for the slow service. However If you are serving the general public, know that all the facial piercings don't appeal to everyone. But if it wasn't for her kindness I'd probably would have given a one star

Be careful what you sign! I showed a coupon for $34.99 special. The place was busy, very busy. The part I did sign, I told the attendant that's too much money. He said the coupon will take care of it. It didn't. The final payment was $30 more than what it was supposed to be. Because the shop was so busy I paid. On the weekend there's nothing I could do except filing a complaint.

I stopped at Jiffy Lube the other day around 4:30pm and the guys there were very polite and kind to get me right in for my oil change. I didn't feel pressured to get more than what I needed and that was refreshing! Working under vehicles everyday and one of them even opened the doors for me... Good service and gentlemen as well. Thank-you!

The oil change was fine, but the cabin filter was pulled out and shown to me and it wasn't dirty, so it was reinstalled. Now I can't use fresh air mode and hear lots of noise when I try.

I have had an oil change done here with another vehicle. I bought an 2023 and brought it to get it's first oil change. Big mistake. Two days before there was a man standing with a sign that said that oil changes were $39.99. I came in and was stuck paying $79 plus take with standard oil, not synthetic. It was slow as molasses. I pulled up to the bay, first car, bay empty. A pick up pulls up in another bay, with additional issues, not needing an oil change. His truck was addressed before mine and I was there for well over an hour. I guess I should apologize for only agreeing to the standard oil and not synthetic oil change. Maybe I would have been taken care of sooner. I won't be back.
