I went in for an oil change this is the second time I have been in there and this will always be my go to when it’s time for an oil change! The staff was friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had. They were also quick I was in there maybe a total of 20 mins from the time I pulled up to the store to the time I was pulling away! I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the friendly staff to the excellent quick service.

Jiffy Lube technicians were very welcoming. They provided an accurate estimate, including when they showed me the dirty filters that needed replacement. The waiting room was spacious and clean offering coffee and water. A good place to do business.

This is the 2nd time I've been to the Jiffy Lube at S Penn in OKC. The staff at this location is very friendly and fast. My only suggestion would be for them to make sure to check the inside dash lights to ensure the customer can't question the services provided.

Was charged $96 for a "conventional" oil change. My receipt shows "signature service premium" that I never asked for. Got two cars and had the other one serviced at Walmart, and they asked me what type of service I wanted. Walked out paying $40 after. Go to Walmart for your oil change. I always do my own oil change but had to take my cars in because I'm moving.

The service that I received was top tier. I called to inquire about a headlight bulb replacement. To my surprise, when I arrived, they already had the part in hand. It took less than 15 minutes to install. The technicians were very friendly. My customer service experience was A+.

Visit the Jiffy lube on south penn and these guys are amazing, they like to have fun with the customers, I enjoy them all the time, and very courteous, I will always go back for all my maintaining of my car.
