I was charged for cabin an air filter when i didn’t ask for it, the manager Parrish was extremely rude he ask me if i wanted like a $150 rear differential serviced I said no an they proceeded to charged me for 2 filters all i wanted was oil change an ended up paying $242. I would never take my fleet trucks back there again. Very rude stay away

-5 stars / No Integrity / Was charged $209 dollars for a transmission flush and never got the service. Was told on two diff occasions by Jiffy Lube employees my vehicle was good on fluid but It was not. I had it looked at by another mechanic who verified that, upon return I was met with a combative attitude rather than help. Tomato, tomato, tomato

I hate ever having to get anything done to my car but I always enjoy getting my oil changed at this location. Everyone who works there has always been cheerful and helpful. They genuinely seem happy to be there and happy to help. I could not recommend them more

I have an older Toyota and they thought really quick and easy. Not that easy, have to take off undercover plate. Filter was easy after the plate was moved putting it back together, misplaced the bolt so that was a search to find. So the guys learned about older Toyota and so did I. We shall see where I go in 3,000 miles.

I was over charged $106. for an oil change, not including the filter, and there's a $5.99, charge for something that I have no I deal what it's for. No way an oil change should cost $127.00.

The push for add-on services is a little aggressive. Maybe a little too obvious. But I accept those terms as a customer. You pay the same price for an oil change at your auto shop these days, but they don’t top off your windshield washer fluid and vacuum your car pro bono. Come on, Jiffy Lube.

They treated me like a lady from the moment I pulled in to get my oil change, opened the door to my vehicle, open the door to the sitting area!!!! Which WOWED me! To some it might be small but to me it’s the little things in life that count! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 1000% Thank you guys you were awesome!!! Will definitely be back!
