Wife goes in for nothing more than a simple oil change and she calls me and gives me a so-called list of "problems" that these people said needed to be fixed, we are now up to well over $700 in repairs...keep in mind, almost $200 of this is JUST for the oil change...clearly, this is the rarest of rare and mythical MAGIC oil for it to cost so much... One of the things they claimed needed repaired was the back brakes. I knew I could change them so I told her to tell them no on that. Unfortunately, they must think they work at NASCAR and NOT Jiffy Lube because they cross threaded two of the lug nuts on one wheel...one of which is now broken off, putting a halt to my attempts to NOT be ripped off by Jiffy Lube. They clearly used an impact gun to put the lug nuts back on after the $25 tire rotation which FAR exceeded the recommended foot pounds of torque. It took everything I had to break those lug nuts free (even the ones that didn't break off due to cross threading.) Then, to add insult to injury, while installing the $13 cabin air filter...oh wait, sorry $13 is how much the filters cost on average, but what they charged her was $75, so again, while installing the EXTREMELY over priced cabin air filter, the installer dragged his nasty ass across my wife's seat. So after spending $537.22, we STILL have two bad rear breaks, one broken tire stud for sure, one about to break and one dirty ass seat. Bright side...we have the magic oil. Don't go to this place...

Will overcharge you for a in a hurry basic oil change . Charge you for vacuuming car and pretending to be checking things , just vacuumed out car that morning and guys looking around while he's acting like he was doing something on and my oil was half quart low when I checked it an hour later. Worst jiffy lube visit I ever had . No conscience .go to jiffy lube on Seneca alway s satisfied there

Took my work rental vehicle in for service. The rental provider did not have the vehicle in the system. The Jiffy Lube team continued to service the vehicle while working with the rental company. Great service and above and beyond customer service!

Auto zone staff had given My granddaughter the wrong kind if oil to put in her car.It almost cost her the engine in her car.She went to Jiffy Lube and they did everything right and saved her car.They are Awesome with their knowledge and Great Customer Service.I took my son's car there They were fast and they know what they are doing.I have told all my friends and family to switch over to Jiffy Lube.They are Simply the Best.😊😊😊

Got here at 710am and thought I would be first in line but already 2 people in front of me. I was a little skeptical and asked if it would be a "jiffy" oil change and they assured me so. And it was. They filled up the coffee machine and I was paying before I even finished my cup! They gave me a rundown of what needs to be addressed in the future with another coupon for a transmission flush. 192k miles and no history of one, I will take them up on that. Thanks Pat for a pleasant experience.

Best auto place I go to for oil change and general check ups. Typically the quickest of all the major brands and for a good price. Their mid-term oil inspection always keeps my car and wallet happy. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provide. Always coming back to this place.

Had them replace all four tires. I was there for four hours and when putting the new tires back on they didn’t take accountability for stripping my lug nut and stem. They made it sound like somehow I had a bad lug nut that needed to be replaced. They rotated my tires on my last visit. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Also they didn’t reinstall the sensor for the tire gauge. Never going there again.

My wife rolled into Wichita with white knuckles, twisted intestines, a check engine light and an oil indicator light glaring at her from the dashboard. The guys at jiffy lube on 21st and Woodlawn fixed my coolant issue within a couple of hours! On a subsequent visit they noticed my tire had a nail inside with a slow leak and advised me to get it fixed asap! They didn't have to mention it since it wasn't a financial gain for them but they did and I appreciate there attention to detail.
