I wish I could select zero stars! I took my car to get oil change and tire rotation. They come in with some air filters from the engine and the cabin air filter, that are so bad it is not even believable. Wanted to charge me $80 for $20 replacements, also said my radiator fluid was 8 quarts low on antifreeze, and many other issues. This is a 2023 Hyundai and I recorded me leaving and checking the filters etc, they were not the ones they showed me in the waiting room. I would recommend people mark these things record it all and even use a hidden video recording device if allowed by law in your area to in the to capture the fraud and hold these people accountable! After trying to fraud you they tell you to have a blessed day like they are kind people.

I usually go to A competitor but came because I had a coupon. The waiting room was very nice and clean and I appreciated the offer of a soda, coffee or water. They did a nice job and I was out fast.

They got me in as soon as I was pulling out of my neighborhood I had seen him holding the sign and I was in and out in an hour less than that. I believe it was perfect. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly. Service was amazing. Topped everything off and gave me an inspection.

We had no issues following up on my fluid top off that's offered free with an oil change. This is what they offer In-between services. We also received fresh antifreeze. As well as our tire pressure checked, before we headed off to a road trip. Great & thurough service. I love Jiffy Lube & their partnership with Groupon making it even more affordable for families.

Great experience with this Jiffy Lube. They were polite and respectful. I dropped my vehicle off and ran an errand. When I came back the work was completed including being vacuumed. I was happy with this service and will return.

My service took longer than quoted / expected but the team kept me updated the whole time and made sure costs where at a point we could both live with. I appreciate how they give you full run down on your vehicle but aren’t pushy about the upsells. Good guys.

Very pleasant experience here. They gave me a great first time customer discount and the guy (I forget his name, I'm sorry!) who helped us interacted with my 6 year old and made it a very personable experience. We will be back!

I ALWAYS take my car to this store before a road trip. The staff are friendly, professional, and honest. I never feel like they're trying to up-sell or scam me. Even on a busy day, I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes.

Jiffy Lube nationally seems to (sometimes) have a bad rap, so I'd like to post that the Jiffy Lube in Wichita, Kansas on Central Ave. is great - they're professional, quick, kind, knowledgeable, and don't try to oversell. I've been there a few times and have had a good experience each time.

The reason why I gave jiffy lube a five star is because there accurate and on time and quick.and they go over all the details with me and let me know if I have any problems with my vehicle's they let me know so that way I'm safe and everyone is is safe.

This is my go to place for my oil changes. They’re always quick, and let me know what’s up with my car every step of the way. They’re very personable and I always have great conversations with them whenever I go in. The person working front desk reminds me of my dad in a way and it’s always nice to know they care. Will always recommend Jiffy Lube!

The service was ok, my only issue is that the service tech suggested that I have a radiator flush which is normally 139.95 but on that day he said he would do it for 39.95, if you can knock 100.00 that easily it tells me you're overcharging for this service.
