Being totally honest—I have heard a lot of NOT great things about jiffy lube so until last Friday, I always avoided them. This was until I couldn’t get in at anywhere on a Friday afternoon and I had plans across town that night. My car was super overdue for an oil change and the guys at this location got me in, gave me a wonderful deal and got my out in no time at all. You absolutely earned a customer and I was so happy with the customer service I received. If you are worried—check this location.

Waited over an hour told me was going to give me $45 off talked me into the upgraded filter. Charged me $114.89. I had a coupon for synthetic oil change for $69.95 plus $10 for the upgraded filter. Not happy should have paid a lot less. Not going to go back. Long time customer.

So they asked for this review or I would have kept this to myself. My husband takes our car up there with a coupon (because everything is so damn expensive) and was told no you need premium oil for a damn Honda pilot 😒. We got the regular oil last time but my husband being the sweet man he is didnt argue and went with what they told him. So I sent the 35$ off premium coupon and they wouldn't even give it to my husband what a rip off. Stuff is to expensive these days so if a customer has a coupon don't refuse them. Will I got back though for an oil change you ask? Of course yes but they will be dealing with me next time! Their service here is actually really great and I never have extra stuff on my car popping up after they take care of it so you can trust them. ONLY THE ONE ON MAIZE RD FOR ME.

I love this Jiffy Lube on N Maize Rd! The manager and staff are always extremely helpful, polite, professional, and ready to offer discounts and specials. The staff does the work quickly and I trust their work to be of good quality. The manager showed me the dirty cabin air filter from my car and asked me if I wanted to change it and I said absolutely yes. He then gave me a discount. I appreciate professionals who only sell me the products I need to keep me safe and are not trying to empty the wallets of their customers. This Jiffy Lube store at 2340 N Maize Rd, Wichita, KS is a business which operates with integrity, professionalism, kindness, and delivers great value.
