Everthing went fast and smooth. The only thing I didn't notice until I got home is the receipt I got with my signature on it was not foe my car it was someone else's. Other then that it was a pleasant experience.

The tech told me that he'd have to remove the skid plate to access my oil filter in order to change my oil. He didn't reinstall it properly, it had 2 missing bolts, one bolt was busted off and the skid plate was dragging!! I asked if I could watch them remove the skid plate but they wouldn't allow me to. Now I know why!! I'm very disappointed in the service that I received!!

They were super fast; and friendly. Offered some extra services to me at a discount and were not pushy at all. I actually ended up buying 2 additional services due to the awesome customer service.

I had a very pleasant visit to jiffy lube on broadway and 55th. The staff was friendly and got my oil changed and I was on my way. Thanks for the timely service, the price was a little high for my family though.

The people at this Jiffy Lube are very respectful good at their job and always give me perfect service without all the runaround or trying to tell me all the parts that I need for my vehicle they simply take care of the job and get it done. I have always been very happy with my service at this Jiffy Lube and I will continue to return here as often as my oils meeting changed

The staff was fast, friendly, thorough, and maintained a great sense of humor, providing levity to the mundane task of auto maintenance. Good Job! This is my 3rd trip to this location...I'll be coming back, repeatedly, if they keep this up!

This location was friendly! They didn't try to push that demand on you like other places. They gave you choices. Which was great. The service was fast. They let you decide on the additional services for your car. I would say, give them a try.

A good group of techs. Actually asked what your preference of oil, air filters you wanted not forced to buy something else. Didn't try to sell you really didn't need. And a convenient place to stop. I would use them again.

Very helpful and respectful. Also loved how well they communicated with me while my vehicle was getting serviced. And liked the complimentary beverages. A+ from me for sure.

Went in for a quick fix. Job took maybe 10 minutes, yet they still charged for a hour. Because of that I can't help but feel like I was ripped off
