I’ve been here a few times and Mr. Terry Simmons has always done his best to ensure that I get the best deal and the best service possible. As a woman, it’s hard to find people you trust to work on your car that aren’t trying to screw you over, I have never felt over charged here or that I’m being pressured into buying other services while still being told about the other issues I might need to have taken care of soon. I highly recommend this location, other jiffy lubes do not stand up to this location. I think the main difference between other locations and this location is the man at the front desk, Mr. Terry and the mechanics he works with. They also cleared out a bit of trash I had in my car so when I got my car back, it was a great surprise. 12/2/24 Still a regular at this location! Love the service here

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Your oil change price depends on how busy you are that day. I have 2 receipts to show the difference. Not to mention someone there had issues getting my oil plug out so instead of letting me know you replace it with an aftermarket one that was to small. I was leaking oil for a couple days took it to dealership and I also have diagnostic video showing the one you tried to make work and how it was put it. Could have cost me a motor on a 3 year old car. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

I took my car here for a second time, and my husband has taken his car there as well. They remembered some specific things about my car and talking with my husband about it, too. That tells me they pay attention to the details and care about their customers.

Went in for an oil change and left with a broken heater. Mind you the heater in my vehicle worked perfectly fine before going in for my oil change. Additionally the oil change was $115.00 and I had a $26.00 off coupon. They said that the coupon was accepted at their location but I ended up paying $103.07 for an oil change just to receive a broken heater in return. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Absolutely the best car care we have had. Staff is always friendly and professional. There are other Jiffy Lube locations in town, but we never take our vehicles anywhere else. (p.s. - I only gave 5 stars because it wouldn't let me give more!)

Veey friendly, and was upfront with me that I could not get the advertised price for my Oil change, which was disappointing HOWEVER they told me BEFORE they began my oil change which gave me the option to go somewhere else had I chosen to. I will definitely keep going to this location for my Oil changes.

When I went to Jiffy Lube I had my oil changed but when I got back in my vehicle my backup camera has not worked since don't know if they pinched a wire somehow or what happened but it is always worked and the minute I left there it never worked again
