For over 8 years, I’ve trusted Matt, Robert, and all the great guys at the East Central Jiffy Lube to take care of all my automotive needs. From routine oil changes to tune ups and engine work and everything in between, my cars have never run better. The staff is kind, professional, always ready to help, and I trust them completely to do good work for a fair price. I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

Called about 2 hrs ahead of time and by the time I got there they had the part ready and bay open and took about half in hr shorter than they said it would take. Probably the best jiffy lube

Good friendly service. They are always honest with me about repairs and price. Robert is like a friend that I can trust. I’ve never had a problem with them for over 5 years. I won’t take my business anywhere else.

Went for Groupon oil change. First time. Did not know what to expect. Was done quickly and sheet signed off was almost complete. 2 things signed off were not done. I did not notice until after getting home. I will return but will ask that everything on list gets done.

William and Kendall helped me out with my 2012 Tundra. As a small business owner and a carpenter I am always on the move. William and Kendall did a quick turn around with top of the line synthetic fluids at a price I couldn’t argue with. Shop was clean and I was impressed with Williams people skills. If you are looking for a place that does superior work that’s fast- this is your place

I came in last week needing help with my daughter’s tires. She had dinted two of the metal wheels which I couldn’t find any junkyard. They were nice enough to help me find what I needed to get my daughters car fixed very fast. I’m very appreciative of their kindness and hard work. I will definitely come here again.

I went to get a patch on my tire. They charged me $32!! They didn’t even come verify with me before they did the work, otherwise, I would’ve gone some where else. I had a good mind to take my keys and leave.. but I paid because I’m not a crook! Do better jiffy!

1. On October 29, 2024, the following services, among others, were performed on my 2013 Ford Edge SEL: oil change, oil filter change, rear differential service (gear oil). (Odometer reading: 144,984) 2. I was assisted by Jiffy Lube employee William Farley. He was professional and personable, answering all my questions thoroughly. The service was completed in a timely manner. 3. In my opinion Jiffy Lube is very reliable; work is usually done reasonably quickly. However, you'll pay a high premium for convenience. You can easily get better deals in town in you search in earnest and have the time to shop around. If you value convenience above all else, Jiffy Lube is a good place to go.

It was the best example of the car fixing business. I have been too bad places to get my car fixed before that left me sick of taking my car to be fixed that i didn't want too go back ever. But coming to u guys has chaged that for me. I will always go back so thankful for Matt and his guys.
