I had a Groupon. When I arrived I asked if the total would be more than the coupon. I was told it would be more but he couldn't/wouldn't tell me how much more. He had a Bad attitude! I when I arrived to have my transmission fluid checked for level and for color. I asked the manager two more times during the service. After I left I went Back In and asked Again. I was then told by the manager, that had just checked me out, that he had checked it himself . . but he had nothing to show me. I have been a repeat customer many times . . the manager put the Wrong Name on my receipt. You've got manager Problems.

I have been going to the same location on S Seneca for years. The manager there is very thorough and helpful in explaining what is being done and if there are additional needs. He remembers his customers and truly cares to help. I appreciate the time and thoughtfulness!

They took me in real quick to do an oil change. They did other things that I really appreciate. such as switching filter, I was always asked if I needed anything. I will recommend. Jiffy Lube, they’ll do you right fair price

It was quick and efficient. Cost was a little high for a BYO oil change, but what do you do? Fellas were easy enough to deal with.

Quick, friendly, and good deals.... I know why now....just a few days later my heat wasn't working. So my husband looked at it. There was no coolant. The oil that they just changed was black black. I called. He transfers me to another guy. This guy says you can come and we can look at it. I told him I can't drive it right this second....being in that buisness he should have known that there's no coolant in it and you should not drive it. So he continued to tell me to do what I needed to do then. Watch yourselves guys. Rude and suspicious business ethics over $40.74

I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube. They are so friendly. I am handicap and they take great care of me. If I don’t have any of my caregivers with me, they move my truck to where I can get into it easily and help me put my walker in the backseat this visit that I had I had a caregiver with me so I did not have to have them do that, if I need anything additional done to my truck, they tell me, but they don’t push me to do it to me and let me know and then if I say I can’t afford it right now they don’t push. They just let me know that it needs to be done. I always drive extra to go to them. They’re on They’re on Seneca Street. I live in Haysville so I just go to this particular location. They’re all awesome so there’s no one I can name out particular that’s better than the other everyone there is very friendly and everyone there is super nice. I will continue to go there for as long as they’re there. Love this store

I came to the store with a blown tire! It was to late to order any so they put the donut tire on and ordered tires to be put on the next day. We were able to get my grandson to his Dad's birthday party 🎉!!

I usually get free oil changes from Kia where I bought the car; due to scheduling conflicts I needed to do my oil change outside of Kia. I have used Jiffy in the past and have always found them to be reliable and professional. The added service of making sure my car is running at optimal levels is also a reason I choose jiffy lube as my back up for oil changes.
