Very disappointed. Went in for regular oil change and tire rotation and have had problems with tires ever since. Took car back and after charging us for their mistake, they can’t even diagnose the issue. Literally said “we give up…nothing we can do” after wasting accumulatively 2 hours for 3 different visits. Manager shows no accountability and is even more rude and seemingly less knowledgeable than visibly unskilled associates. Will not be going back even for a simple oil change ever again.

Michael was simply incredibly patient an exceptional going out his way to help me and my lady with our tire. We saw the determination of Customer Service and I wanted to give him a shout out publicly and say his work ethic is Super appreciate it. The manager was incredibly kind to me and Josh was helpful. He is a nice guy I must say. They were almost about to close. At that point everyone was saying they can’t help but Josh helped me out. I’m so grateful to him!

recently found myself dealing with a tire leak and hesitantly pulled up to ask if they could check my tire pressure. I was met with a team of gentlemen who were absolutely professional, courteous and happy to help me. I was treated like A most valued customer and this kind of customer care is not found often. It was greatly appreciated.👍

3 or 4 customers that came in after I did were done before I was. When I finally asked about my car they told me it was finished. It wasn't in the front where the other cars were. For some reason they moved it to the back of the building and never told me until I asked and they had to look for the car.

Have been taking my vehicle to this specific Jiffy Lube for every oil change, tire rotation, air filter change, etc. Everyone in the building knows what they are doing, do it efficiently and well, and explain everything in good detail. Highly recommend this location.

So disappointed. I’ve had 3 vehicles get service from Jiffy Lube for years. But the incident recently made me to say goodbye these stores. Incident: weeks after the oil change, I found out there’s a leak from oil filter gasket which need to be replaced when changing car’s oil (see picture). I brought it back to the store, they top off the fluid and said if’s fine. Few days later, I brought it back, and they said it’s leaked from the engine above, while the picture I took shows the leak obviously from the oil filter gasket. I brought my car to a mechanic, and they replaced a new oil filter gasket. Problem was solve easily by a mechanic who stated that was Jiffy Lube’s fault. It’s took my 3 days off to solve this small mistake from Jiffy Lube.

The service was a 5 star +. I was in and out quickly. They service technicians took the time to explain everything to me and gave options to upgrade some services. I was there on Veterans Day and they gave me my Veteran's discount without making me show extra proof because I am a female Vet. That made my day!!! I only had to show the same ID as the two male Vets that were there at the same time. Thank you Jiffy Lube for respecting that women served also.

I received exceptional service today which is something to say from a Yelp! review I left several years ago. They’ve changed crews several times and I vowed to never come back after the last crew nearly killed my Audi. Alas, my tire needed air and I was on my way to an appt. There was also zero line so I just got a needed oil change while I was there. Come to find out there was a nail in my tire and that sucked but they cleaned my windows and vacuumed the inside and that was pretty cool. Thanks guys!

Quick and easy oil change! Of course they recommended many things that can help then up your vehicle, but they were very accepting if you decline. They made sure to top off all of the fluids and even cleaned the windows! Great, quick experience.
