Last time I got my oil changed which was 2 months ago they replaced the air filter ( which didn’t need to be replaced) but come to find out getting my oil changed today, there is no air filter there isn’t even a door to it. Smh

They do a great job without trying to sell you bunches of things that you don’t actually need yet. And being able to top off fluids and tire air are a great bonus throughout the year.

The manager, Omar is a Very Caring, Friendly and Great Human Being! Also, the whole crews were very caring and friendly and super helpful people! Including the mechanics, Nick and Robert and Technicians, Decker and so on...! 😉 I went back there for the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks and this time was for the Rear Brake pads and the rotors replaced with the Whopping $230 discounted price than the Toyota dealership!!! If you are in the market for your next automobile services, then Don't look further, Especially Ladies! They won't try to upsell you!!! Thank you so very much to ALL of you!!! Went to get my battery checked and replaced, instead they only checked my alternator. After 20 minutes of waiting was told it’s my alternator. Waited another 7 minutes in the bay and I had to ask what was going on and how much an alternator would be. Quoted over $700, I said no thanks and requested my hood to be put down so I could leave. Guess what? It was my battery, my alternator is just fine. Thanks for trying to take advantage of me. Class act! 👍🏻

Great group of people work here. I go to this particular Jiffy Lube because they do their job very well. I would add that a piece of paper or something should have been set on the floor board. Looks like some oil got on the carpet. My fault as I had forgotten the car mats.

Seriously feel ripped off I will NEVER turn my back on valvoline again. I drive all the way to this location to use a coupon I found online and was still charged $103.00 for a simple oil change. I pay 80 max always. Didn't feel like arguing or questioning them but I don't trust this establishment. If you know them and they're good to you, cool. But if you're new, definitely call first and shop around.

Just had our oil changed here and these guys are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond. Omar ( the manager ) was great. He was on top of everything. Checked with us on what we wanted. Told us the options but didn’t pressure us into purchasing extra services. He was able to hold a conversation. The guys doing the oil change paid attention to every little detail. The service was quick, and they made us feel as customers and not just another number in line up. I absolutely recommend this place and if I drive through here again, I will stop and get my oil change here. Thanks guys. Stay SAFE and have a wonderful day! Omar- Thanks for the energy drink! A Rob told me and my wife that he would give us an oil change because we couldn't afford it and for the snap program. And to come at 8am on a Tuesday just to lie in our face and said he never said anything. But also remembers the conversation. I also asked are you sure you can do that? And said yes. Do NOT go here.

49° and raining and they have a guy holding a sign for a discount on oil changes out there. No rain coat, no umbrella. He’s drenched. I can’t in good conscience support a business that subjects their workers to this on what I assume is really low pay. When I called to ask about this they did not pick up the phone.

They wanted $92 for an oil change. Honestly, just go to Meineke. They will do a basic oil change plus a little more for only $36. And they also did a little lookover and told me what was wrong with it and offered to fix it on the spot.

Worst oil change experience of my life. First off, there was someone "cleaning" my windows, but he used a wet cloth and all purpose spray which left bright blue residue smears all over my windows. Second, I asked specifically for 5w30HM, which has been used in my car for well over 5 years now, and despite me saying this multiple times, they put in 5w20. I understand that for my vehicle specifically it calls for 5w20, but many years ago it was switched to 5w30HM, which is totally appropriate for my car still, but it cannot just be switched over the another oil type willy nilly. My car is used to 5w30. Anyways, I told them to switch it, they kept telling me I was in the wrong and, by my direction, asked their supervisor what to do in this situation, and what do you know... she told them it was best to keep it as the oil that's been in my car if there haven't been any issues with that. For some reason, they asked several men after that if she was right and she was... so they FINALLY put in the oil I asked for. RIDICULOUS. On top of that, it took 30 minutes to get my oil changed, with only one other vehicle in the bay. And they asked me on 3 different occasions if I wanted my air filter changed. Seriously? One "no" is not good enough? The only person who seemed like they actually knew what they were doing was the female lead there. The only female. If I was Jiffy Lube I would seriously considered hiring a new crew for this location. I will never go back. And it cost $69 dollars, and that was with $25 off. Jesus.
