They did my oil change in 10 minutes and vacuumed my car out plus the windows which it was really dirty. I also saved money going to Jiffylube and not the dealership like usual .

Im very late on this review, but I got my oil changed right before Halloween and cannot recommend this jiffy lube more. They got my trucks oil changed incredibly fast and found an issue with my arm controller that was making a noise for months. It was a huge relief to find out what the issue was. On top of the great car service, I must include stellar customer service! I forgot my Halloween costume in the lounge and when I turned around to go back and get it, they saw me stuck at the intersection by the building and Ryan (I think was his name) ran my costume out to give it to me haha. It was so nice of him! Seriously, highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location 😁.

Had my car for 3 days claimed to not touch my wheels but the day I got it back my tire flys off 4 out of 5 bolts sheered clean at the hub I really doubt that it's a coincidence. Be careful could have actually died!

I took my car inside for an oil change and they broken the part that goes to my antifreeze and tried lying in my face how they did not break it! My car was NOT over heating before taking my car to that place. We would have LITERALLY heard knocking under the hood if the entire bowl needed to be replaced due to being broken! They did not take accountability for breaking or replacing what they have broken! I will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL OTHERS TO NOT GO THERE. This ISN’T the first time something weird like this has happened!

They did a great job on a valve cover gasket. He told his time and made sure they're wasn't a leak. And changed hoses when needed.

Excellent service, they went above and beyond when I had a brake failure right after getting my oil changed...stayed late to allow me to finish an emergency repair and were professional throughout the ordeal. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I gave five stars because the staff is always so quick and friendly. Unfortunately, like my last review, the sitting area was a mess. I am not sure how often it is swept/cleaned, but definitely not daily. I was there between 9:30 AM and 10 AM. I did not dare going into the bathroom.

Thanks Ryan!!! For 10 months I have had a terrible rattle around my rear passenger tire, sounded like tiny bells, so loud I thought my car was falling apart. Because it was random, only after long trips the “master techs” at the Hyundai dealership couldn’t hear it driving it around the block. I even had an audio tape of it. Apparently rattles aren’t covered after a year and they didn’t see anything mechanically wrong. It was bad enough that I took it in to them more than 5 time pleading with them to find it. I briefly explained it to Ryan and in the time it took me to sit in the lobby he came in and had identified and fixed the problem. If anyone has had an unidentified rattle for 10 months understands the insanity. Can’t thank Ryan enough for listening to me and out smarting the “master techs” at Hyundai. I’ll add that he didn’t drive it or hear the audio. Can’t thank him enough!

Came in to this jiffy lube since my oil was at 15%. Not only was Adrian super friendly and helpful. Him and the team fixed other little things that I didn’t know my car just needed some adjustments for. The price was just right and answered any questions I had. Thank you Adrian and team for the nice and quick experience

I visited this location earlier today. I was finessed heavily into purchasing services that I did not ask for, and when concerned about why even after I paid so much I noticed that they did not even complete multiple of the services that they had checked off on my report. I confronted the manager about it and I was met with disrespect and gaslighting. Followed by being told if I don’t like the service then don’t come back. Heaven forbid you have a voice for yourself at this store.

My friend recommended this place for me for oil change where charges an affordable cost and no hidden fees. I called earlier to check how much does it cost, they said it probably costs around $96-97. So I came in later of the day and booms, it costs $177, after offering me some discount and coupon, the final charge is $151 for a Lexus IS 250 from 2010. It’s my first time having an oil change but I still wonder if it was overpriced or acceptable. I told this to my friend and she was completely shocked, I understand why because she moved to another city and hasn’t come to Jiffy Lube in a decade, that’s why the price seems speechless to her. I am still confused if i was overspent, but the learned lesson is feel free to go to another shop and ask for the price to have a comparison. The staffs were super nice, the service was quick.

Today I went in to get my mom’s lights replaced and the gentleman there were all nice and helpful to me! I appreciate their help. I thought I was 1 simple bulb but it turned out to be 3! Thank you guys for being professional and your team seems to be working well together!
