Went in to have my brakes looked at after they were grinding. Was worried I'd have to have a complete brake repair. Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, but they saved me a lot of money and trouble. Had me driving home in a couple of hours. Huge thank you to Bradley and Brandon. thank god for these boys!! i came in having no idea why my car was leaking oil all over and they tightened the oil filter for free and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing what was wrong at all! very sweet☺️

My first and last time here. Weirdly passive aggressive about choosing the option of staying in my car like every other oil change I've ever had. Didn't give me the same level of service (in terms of being friendly and thorough) as the customer next to me who got out. When I pulled up the kid who greeted me said "it'll be done faster if you get out", which made absolutely no sense to me... knowing how to change oil myself. If he would've said they vacuum for you, I probably would have gotten out for that service to be easier. UPDATE 8/8: Went to another location because my oil level was way past the maximum and they told me they also changed the plug and washer because the guys at this location stripped it, smashed it in and it was leaking. For sure never going to this location ever again.

These guys were absurdly efficient with my DEQ Too emissions check. I think I was in and out in less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Scott was very helpful & personable. Will definitely use these guys again.

Hats off to all the Jiffy Lube folks. They are polite and concise, and I never feel pressured by them to to all the recommended things to my car. But I leave feelings really educated about what needs to happen and why. If I could give ten stars, I would.

New/ used car w/ a cleared check engine light on that kept us from passing DEQ. Well jiffy lube had the best quote and were actually significantly under even that, saving us lots!! Thanks guys ps. Check engine light on green civic- Off

I took my fiancés vehicle in because it was overheating. I’m completely inept when it comes to mechanics and car maintenance. I took the vehicle in a couple hours before close and they were happy to offer a diagnostic. They immediately identified the issue and gave me in depth instructions of the part to buy and how to fix. As the mechanic was discussing the issue with me and where to buy the part another mechanic chimes in ‘Actually we have the part’. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes free of charge. I asked if they wanted a tip of any kind and they refused so I came back and dropped off a case of cold beverages for them to enjoy off site after they were done for the day. Highly recommend this place the staff is beyond accommodating and go above and beyond to fulfill whatever your need might be.

These guys helped me out even in over 100 degree weather! As a former Jiffy Lube employee, I appreciated them taking their time with my vehicle and making sure that things went smoothly, they even replaced a lightbulb for me that I never got around to doing myself. Only thing I can suggest is that they should definitely invest in some more fans for these guys and maybe hire a Customer Service Advisor to help with customers. I will definitely be back!

Stopped in for an oil change & have never gone to another jiffy lube that is as good as this one, the excellent customer service & the managers Scott and Daniel go above and beyond to make sure I was ready to hit the road again.

The quickest oil change experience ever. Went in around 6:20pm, no one was in line, pulled up, went inside and was done within 10 mins. The person helping me didn't say much more than a few words but I don't mind that, it was quick and straightforward. One of the best oil change experiences I've had.

They will try to scam you. During an oil change they told me my transmission and power steering fluid were both dangerously low and contaminated and tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to change them. Brought the car to a competent mechanic a week later and they assured me that both are fine.

This place has been great. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now for oil changes and little bits and bobs. They’ve always done great work, but recently their customer service has been next level. Highly recommend

Yet again didn’t receive all the services promised in this oil change. And the guy at the front desk on 6/1 clearly hates his job. Jiffy Lube is 3 blocks from my house but going to start going to Valvoline on Powell.

today: worst experience in a car shop ever i went in to ask about a quick tire patch the person there, young white with long curly brown hair, was extremely rude i had to get their attention to even "help" me... which was from them... "What?" as i asked what i was looking for, they then told me "there's only 3 of us here, i won't do that. go to les schwaub" i will tell everyone i know about this experience. possibly the worst customer service i have ever had!

Just stopped here for top-off and fluid check. Staff was completely disinterested in helping me, absolutely no customer service skills, and said that since they don’t carry the air filter specifically for my vehicle, there was no point in even checking it. Been a dedicated Jiffy Lube customer for over a decade but this location realllly needs to re-evaluate their mission and values.

Last Sunday I thought my transmission needed fluids as the gears were slipping. I went to Jiffy Lube and Bradley helped me. He looked under the hood and found an air intake pipe was not properly connected and fixed it. Bradley told me this might be the cause of my car losing power. What do you know! He fixed it! Thanks to his knowledge and problem solving I saved $249! Thank you Bradley, I’ve driven 250 miles with no problems!

Less than one star!!! Would not help a poor lady who couldn't open her hood, then asked her to move aside for paying customers! Will never go here again-, and i will tell everyone not to go here! Not what you do... **Another vehicle of mine was desperate for an oil change and someone else was helping me with it, they didn't know how bad this place was, and mistakenly took it here. A different location even somehow literally failed to change the oil- they can't even do right the thing they do! The oil was still dark and worse even after barely a hundred miles. I took it to Valvoline instant change and they said their competitors probably rushed, didn't drain the old oil the whole way when they changed it, and the old oil recirculated. Needless to say, it didn't take Valvoline's guys very long to do the job the right way and actually change the oil. Jiffy lube, Please do something about how terrible your workers are, They don't change oil properly and treat customers poorly, and frankly don't seem to know what they are doing.

Very rude and inconsiderate. Gave different times of when brakes would be done and front desk lady there threw my husband keys on counter because of their lack of communication with each other. Literally any other jiffy lube is worth spending money at. The customer service at this location is the worst.

I went to get my breaks and catalytic converter replaced, everyone there was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and did more than they needed to to help me get my car fixed. I really appreciate everyone’s help, and the prices were good compared to other places in the area! I would definitely go back in the future

Going into a business right before closing time can be hit or miss. But this time it was a hit! I’m the middle of an Uber Eats Drop off my car started to overheat. I pulled up to Jiffy Lube and Ray greeted me! He was super professional! He not only fixed my issue but he gave me somethings I should do moving forward. I was able to get back on the road right away and finish the job!

I have always gone to Jiffy Lube for my car needs because of the quick, friendly service I would get. It had been some time before I could be able to put some TLC into my car, and I knew there were growing issues as a result. I felt like the entire time I was there I was being judged by the two workers, who greeted me in a friendly manner, but their demeanor towards me changed once they started inspecting my car. I could hear them giving the tisk risk. When one of the workers came back in to go through costs, I felt like I was being shamed by a parent. I was there to get an understanding of what I need to do to get my car right, and I'm a paying customer, so wasn't understanding the need to shake the finger at me so judgmentally. I also like going to Jiffy Lube because they always have decent coupons. Since I was having extra work done this time, I scanned my email for a coupon. There was no expiration that I could see, and the attendant asked me to read him the code. Instead of saying, "I'm sorry, it looks like that's not valid, but let me find one that is," or something to that degree, instead he just sharply said "Nope!" Further verifying this new almost hatred for me, because I seemed like someone who just doesn't care about his car to him I won't let this experience keep me from coming to Jiffy Lube locations, but I didn't want this experience to go unheard as I was the only customer there through most of my visit Saturday 11/18 8:30am.

Very hard to get ahold of. Someone finally picked up and was a decent help- they are working with me to fix whatever they can that has happened to my car. Disappointed a simple oil change with them has deepened into unknown issues with my engine in only a week. I have to gamble on what to do next, so much stress. Take caution and inspect your vehicle separately after you have a service done.
