I was met with an extremely warm and helpful crew. Speciffically Makayla helped me when it came to seeing all my cars problem areas and what steps I could take to get it fixed without breaking the bank. super helpful will be back next time I need a problem solved for a resonable price.

They changed my windshield wipers in 5 minutes and I was so happy. I tried to change them myself but kept breaking them. So I'm really happy with the work they had done.

All employees friendly and helpful. All work explained to me. I had an online coupon, they found a different promotion that saved me a few more dollars than the coupon and used that. Really good experience.

I went in for an oil change. They checked my lights, and my other fluids. They also checked my tire pressure and went on the hunt. For the reason I had a brake lamp light up on my dash. They found the problem, and this problem has been bugging me for over six months. Also showed me where to check my oil, and my transmission, plus how to check my coolant and radiator. I’m not mechanically inclined, But they showed me how to do what I needed to do and they told me what kind of schedule I should do it on. The staff worked well together, and we’re courteous, kind, and I felt well cared for. Going to come back to this location again.

One of the attendants was confused of what type of car I had he did not know the inflation pressure was written on the tires and there was no way to measure the temperature of the water in the radiator protecting from cold weather in the winter

The employees are wonderful! I go in weekly for them to check my oil and put air in one of my tires and they HAPPILY do it. Friendly, quick and attentive. I pull up, someone runs out… bam, boom, DONE! Awesome service and at NO CHARGE!

Stopped in earlyish for an oil change and was really happy with the customer service. All folks who spoke with us were kind and patient. We were in and out fast, were walked through what was reccomend but not pressured, and they cleaned all our filthy windows which we are still appreciating! I would return here above another jiffy location for the customer service. Thanks y'all!

My oil filter was jammed on and I couldn't remove it. The team worked extra to fix my problem, even took more then a hour and still charged to normal price. I can do my own oil but I will return to this facility because of the staff.

Saw a sign that said “Free ac check” I originally just went in for an oil change. I decided, screw it, I’m gonna get my AC fixed. They changed the oil. They did the AC check, and told me that it would cost about 280$ to fix it. While sitting in the waiting room I’d learned that this was a brand new AC compressor machine that they were NOT familiar with. I was told it’d take 15-30 minutes. An hour and some change later (after cancelling appointments and chores I had for today) they told me that they could NOY fix my AC. I showed up with a broken AC, paid the price, and then left with a broken AC. The staff was indeed kind, and I believe they did all they could. But I’m still incredibly disappointed with my experience and am dumbfounded how such a huge and successful car repair company cannot give me a refund. Was a total loss. And when I’d asked them what I needed to know, in order to get it fixed elsewhere, they seemed perplexed, and they pretty much said “we’re honestly not sure” Complete waste of my money and time :(

Don’t come here. I got my brakes done and the next week got into a car accident because my car wouldn’t stop. I returned my car here for them to fix it and said it would be $600 to redo my brakes.
