A few days ago, I went to the Jiffy Lube off S 84th before getting on the road to go home for Christmas. While there, the staff were friendly and efficient, all while also being thorough. They found a problem with my car and told me about it promptly. They then brainstormed solutions for me to safely drive home so I could still see my family during my short holiday break. Because of their help, I was able to make it home to be with my family, and get my car to a mechanic to fix the issue. I will make sure to go to the S 84th St Jiffy Lube whenever I am due for an oil change from now on.

As being someone who is typically short or time and evenly short with my patience coming to the Jiffy Lube on S 84th is and has always been pleasant experience they make sure to get me in and out and good time frame, never try to sell me anything not needed, and are straight forward and genuine people especially Brandon who was very informative and nice and let me know what I needed to know about my truck as well as things i wasn’t aware of that i probably should’ve knew i considered this location for oil changes 1st at all times and would recommend anyone and everyone should come to this location

Jiffy lube ruined my truck!! NEVER GO HERE! I went in for an oil change which they did and then they asked me if I wanted my transmission fluid changed because it looked a little cloudy. I told them that I needed to get and oil change done because I was driving to Texas in a few days. I live 5 hours from this place. I drove home to Minocqa the next day and noticed my car was shifting funny. I immediately called the place to ask them why this would be happening and they said to go check it out at a mechanic. I could not get into a mechanic here for a few days and my car was continuing to get worse. I took it into the mechanic and they said I think it might need new spark plugs so they put them in. I dove to Texas and the shifting and a shutter sound got worse. I decided to check the transmission fluid to see if there was enough in there on the way back from Texas and low and behold it was running way below the cold. I added some in and continued to drive home once I got home I brought it into the mechanic who had told me my torque converter was shot and it is 2300.00 to fix. This Company did not put enough transmission fluid in and ruined my transmission. They will not pay for it they’re telling me that these cars have torque converter problems and they did nothing wrong. I am going to get a lawyer. Never go here! This place cost me $2300.

Pulled up at 245 and there were 2 cars in the bays. Guy told me it would be a while. I said ok about how long he says like 30 min and I said ok. 20 min later a different guy came out and told me it would be 30 min. I said ok. After 45 minutes the same 2 cars are in those bays and the guy comes out and tells me their computer crashed. Seemed like they just didn't want to do any more work that day.

A coworker brought a company vehicle in to this location for an oil change. The vehicle got assigned to me the next week. I noticed oil stains in various places I had parked the vehicle. The oil stains progressively got larger. I confirm with my coworker that vehicle never had any leaks while he was driving it. I brought the vehicle to a manufacturer dealership to look at the issue. Come to find out, the oil filter was very loose. The dealership tightened the oil filter, topped off the oil and washed off the excessive oil... all for no charge!!! No more oil leak!

I have had the worst experience with a lot of Papillion businesses. Thanks for Jiffy Lube and their GREAT team, it's NOT about location it's about the people that will make sure HONEST business is better than being crooked. I'm a single mom and thanks to them I was able to get my truck taken care of. Thanks team and wishing great success for all 3 of you.

Saturday morning and I pulled in around 930 am. The team was super entertaining and actually kept a conversation with me the whole time! No lines! I was in and out in 15 minutes! This was my first time at this location and it definitely will not be my last!

They are wonderful. 2 light came on low coolant and low tire. Coolant was fine but they topped it and filled the tires. No charge. They gave me peace. If you need anything go to them.

When I first got there I was the only car. Then another car pulled in after me. They told me to go behind a car that had been there for a long time and the other car got to pull in and get an oil change and filter change. Then another car pulled up behind that car and they allowed him to pull in and get a top off. I’m confused because it’s first come first serve. So why are 2 cars serviced before me? I waited about a hour which made me late for my other plans but if I had of been serviced first because I was there before the other cars. I have been a loyal customer since I was 18 but now at 30 I’m considering going elsewhere. I want to spend my money where I’m treated fairly!!!

I take my Honda here when I'm due for an oil change. They are quick, friendly, and informative. They don't try to upsell, and I can get in n out within 20min or so. My only complaint is paying $90 for an oil change. It seems outrageous!

Employees were kind and professional. Everything was explained and easy understand. I was given a estimated time frame for the work to be completed and a estimated cost. I love that I didn't have to make a appointment. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied could not have asked for a better experience.

I came in for an oil chamge. Employees spent more time looking at their phone and vaping in the garage than working. No light checks, no tire pressure checks. Didn't use the fender guards to protect the front fenders. I was extremely nervous the proper oil was being used. Didn't guide me out of the garge. Used a sloppy hand written oil reminder sticker. Never going back to this location!

Service was prompt and excellent. I arrived around 9:30 on a Tuesday morning so only a short 5 minute wait before my service began. Very convenient.
