First time coming to this location and will be coming back again. Landen was very professional, working quickly and efficiently while keeping me informed on the status/ETA. I liked that I was able to stay in the car for the entire process. Definitely recommend this location.

I went in for 1 simple service of an oil change and left satisfied that 2 issues were resolved! They were kind and very informative of what needed to be done. I will keep going back!

My oil light had randomly flashed on and off, so I stopped in to have them take a look. Landon and team were friendly, and very efficient. They topped everything off and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I always have a good experience.

Haven't had any issues with my vehicle, and the guy who helped me was polite. But he stunk like weed, and you could tell that he was high as a kite. Do what you want on your time, but it's extremely unprofessional to be on drugs while working. Do better jiffy lube

I just keep coming back for the 5 star service ..amazing Edit and update: I came out again and it was an even better experience... team was shorthanded a bit but they made everything smooth especially with back to back cars lined up. I really appreciate the smiles, back and forth jokes and the gentlemen seeming as if the crowd wasn't a problem. All of the men above and below did a phenomenal job. They worked as a team and got the job done, with smiles on their faces. Thanks again for the amazing experience. Like Arnold S says Ill be back....corny I know but I bet you smiled. Thanks again. Your company is lucky to have them.

Ricky and Larry were absolutely amazing! After being basically shooed away and disregarded by the worker on maple street I came here the and workers were very helpful. They were on top of everything and worked great together ! They were very timely and got me in and out I love it here !

On my first visit for my personal car: Nick shouldn’t tell customers he checked air pressure when he hasn’t. Then when I asked specifically, can you check the tires air pressure? He tells me “ all your tires have the exact correct pressure. “. I was in the car all the time, nobody checked it. Tyree on the other hand, gave Nick a look and said he could see the tire is low. He checked the pressure himself with his gauge. It was low. He then asked Nick for his tire pressure gauge and checked it again. It was still low. “Verified Nicks gauge is working. “He gave him another look like “ come on, we’re better than this.” I think he fixed the issue. This is my second visit now. They got Nick on checking tire pressures in the bay. They had to call him out from inside the office, but he did check them. Don’t let employees ruin your reputation. Tyree on the other hand was on point along with the rest of the team. Excellent communication. Professional service. All above and beyond. One bad apple.

they are the best jiffy lube in town, they really bring a good experience and check everything. Prices have becone a lot more competitive too. Store manager Leo is awesome. Thanks guys :) -Geoff update, new middle aged guy with a beard and glasses on 10/2024 not friendly, everyone else there very nice but avoid this guy. he has a really bad additude, i just left i'm not having people like that mess w my car

Horrible horrible horrible service ‼️ New management is rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate & just plain ol not trustworthy! Everyone there needs to be drug tested !!!! FDA, FBI, OPD IRS somebody get involved & investigate these people please! I wouldn’t trust them working on my dogs car!!! & he don’t have one but if he did !! I use to always be a customer at this location but since this new team of crew members are working there I want NO PARTS!!! I will never return and I’ll never refer anyone I love‼️

No problems with oil changes, no leaks. Only recently had a battery replacement and they didn't tell me the bracket screw snapped.

This jiffy lube does a great job I drove way out of my way to go there because their attention to detail his first rate. Adam the manager runs a very tight ship and his crew communicates very well. I've been watching them as they're doing some maintenance on my vehicle and it's just great to see all the communication and the teamwork. You owe it to yourself to stop by you'll be in good hands.

I stopped in today to get a recommended oil change. The staff was prompt, courteous and the service was exemplary. I will be using their services again in the future for all my oil changing needs.

I came in jiffy lube to get top off. The guy was not listening. I told him to check the transmission fluid. He said I did. U don't need any. I'm like no u didn't young man. He checked it and put some in there. He was rude. And not listening to nothing I said. He kept saying I didn't need oil and I did!. He said oh I'm sorry. I will never come there again

I’m not sure what it is with this location where they can’t do anything beyond an oil change but it’s getting out of hand, allow me to explain I’ve been given estimates for spark plug replacements and a transmission flush. One would assume when you’re getting an estimate for a service they claim to provide, you could at a later date drive up there and get the service(s) done; opposed to being told they don’t have anyone to perform the job you’re wanting to pay for. Do these new workers just get trained on oil changes & windshield wiper fluid?

I got an oil change here and they caused my oil to leak. I went back 2 days later and they said my oil wasn't leaking and they weren't able to help. By far the worst service I've had, they ruined my vehicle.

Fast service, I bit expensive than I expected. You have to ask for coupons to apply in the service. They don’t just apply the coupon for you even when you been going there every time. Overall I am somewhat happy with it because of the fast service.
