The whole crew was So friendly!!! Fastttttttt and affordable. I love that I didn’t have to get out of my truck. I will be back! They even brought my puppy a milk bone. (And Landon wished her a happy birthday 🥹🥹)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Doesn’t even deserve one star but I couldn’t post without putting it. First off the guy told me I needed to get off the phone to pull into the bay. I kindly told him I would not in which he walked away shaking his head. Once I pulled in the other guy just came and pulled my door open without saying anything looking for the VIN number. He asked how many miles I had and after I told him he said “we don’t have high mileage oil here.” I’m quite sure the average car going to that location has high mileage! I told him to open the garage and let me out!! I don’t recommend Jiffy Lube on 72nd Sorenson to anyone! I came to the location on 144th Maple immediately after and was treated with FAST AND EXCELLENT customer service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION with Leo (general manager) and the other two guys working with him.

Can’t say enough good things about the team at this Jiffy Lube location. These guys were extremely fast and very accommodating. Highly recommend getting your oil changed and serviced here. We were driving through from Texas and they were very helpful and resourceful.

I went for an oil change at a place we can call Malvoline…I was the third customer to show up to Jiffy Lube in the same day with a loose and hanging undercarriage panel. Leo welcomed me with a handshake, you don’t see that too often :) Jiffy Lube just gained my loyalty!!!

Like the most recent customer review, I was also highly disappointed by the service I received at this Jiffy Lube location. I went in for my usual oil change. After waiting in the bay a few minutes, the service tech named Landen tried to convince me I needed new air filter even though it was not near time to replace it. After about five minutes they said I was all done. I had not really seen anyone doing the oil change on the ground level and I know no one was underneath the bottom bay. When I asked Landen he got a real shady weird look and said it was done the regular in way cause the underneath bay was all messed up. I also said I always get a complimentary $13 off on my oil change, and Landen said “ok I got you.” After I got the receipt back from I discovered after I left that he had only given a national discount of $10. DO NOT GIVE this location your money if this how they conduct business. For the record, I usually do not comment on social media in this type of incident , but feel it was warranted. Maybe the owner of this location should address and try and reconcile these type of negative situations experienced by long time customers rather than just thank those who give positive reviews

Recently received an email offer to get free wiper blades and a rain. Next treatment on my windshield with a complete oil change when yet when I went to the location on Maple Street in Omaha, they would not honor this... talk about false advertising. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for 12 years at this location and I am not very happy with the service. I got this time.

To be honest wasn’t that satisfied. Poor customer service, on top really expensive, I had me own oil and filter but got charged almost 60$ Would not recommend

I can't even make this up, employees didn't communicate with each other. I can look past not checking my blinkers and lights, but not putting oil in my car and I pull out of the garage and the low oil pressure warning comes on the screen. Pull the dip stick and empty. Not even an apology as they are filling my car up in the Casey's parking lot. **Edit - Owner called, very cordial and candid conversation. I feel better. Updating my stars to reflect the type of service one would expect.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Jiffy Lube location since my family and I relocated back to Omaha, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing and unacceptable. The technician who assisted me was curt and dismissive. When I mentioned that the price he quoted was significantly higher than what I’ve paid in the past, he claimed, “Corporate went up on Signature Service Synthetic.” However, after contacting Corporate and calling five other locations, I learned that this statement was untrue. This lack of integrity, combined with subpar service and poor customer interaction, has made it clear that I can no longer trust this location. It’s sad to say, but I will not be returning. Customer service and honesty should be the foundation of any business, and this Jiffy Lube location has fallen far below that standard.

Amazing Experience, I didn’t catch the names of the employees but I went here Saturday, October 19th 2024, around 12 in the afternoon. I was greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful, and even though I requested a transmission fluid change they advised me to take it to a shop due to the time it would take to do the work. Oil change was done before I could thank them for how awesome they are (which I did) :) Everything was transparent and up front. I just bought a car from the dealership and the dealership did everything in their power to act like there was good oil in the car. I asked Jiffy lube ,after changing the fluid, of the quality of oil coming out. They said it needed changed and the dealership sticker said I could change it next year lol. Jiffy lube even did a quality inspection with a light to make sure no leaks are present. You can’t beat paying a little more to get the job done right by great people. I just want to express how grateful I am to do buisness with a shop that cares about their customers. I just wanted to do my part to show appreciation for such a great shop and to the great gentleman and woman working there :) you guys rock!!!!

This is the most professional oil service I've ever received. I fell into thinking Valvoline was the industry standard. Jiffy lube is better. Don't just settle for an average oil change. Go to jiffy lube!

9/6/2024 - Came in for an Oil Change. They said my Spark Plugs, Transmission, Transfer Case, and Differential Services were due. I declined the Spark Plugs Service. After the services were finished, my car displayed "AWD - All Wheel Drive Problem," which has never been seen before. I took the vehicle back to the location. They double checked everything, even re-applied all services. The error continues. I had to make another appointment to a dealer to get the issue resolved. 9/16/2014 - After getting my vehicle back from the dealership, they found that the transmission and/or the transfer case fluids were low, which was causing the warning light. Please be advised!

Those guys are awesome!! Stopped in for a minor fix, they didn't hesitate, drove my car right into bay!! They fixed the issue right away, and the price was on them, awesome experience for my vehicle and pocket book!!!!
