I’ve only had this car about a year, no issues and keep up with maintenance. I took in for an oil change October 24th. Less than one month later my oil pressure light comes on. Go back in and they said I was very low but they give free top offs… 5 quarts later. He couldn’t tell me how I could've gotten that low so fast, but said they would look and make sure everything looks good underneath. He then made the comment I must drive a lot…I don’t. 2 days after that I’m unable to drive my car and had to have towed to fix.

I don’t want to sound bad, but it seems like a huge coincidence to me. I was at this location today and the person who helped me said, “Your hose on your windshield washer seems to be breaking.” , I go out driving and now it’s leaking windshield washer fluid everywhere. A while ago I went to a location on 84th and F. Jeff Lube too. And the person who helped me said, “Your antifreeze hose seems to be going to break.” , I go out driving no more than 2 miles and it explodes. The hose completely, well, it doesn’t seem like a coincidence to me anymore.

I frequent this location, however have been to many others in the area. I highly recommend this location specifically. Staff is always friendly, quick, and helpful. Their customer service is always consistent.

Hacks, is about all I can say. I had my son take my spare car (2012 Ford Focus) to the Jiffy Lube in Millard (Omaha). The car has 130K and it’s a 5-speed manual. Upon getting the car back, it was clunking and making all sorts of strange noises in the front. The sticker for the next oil change interval says due at 230K… so I guess oil is good for 100 thousand miles now… NOT Finally, today I got the car up on ramps to see what all the noise is. It’s missing 2 of the air box screws so that was hanging open. AND THE ENTIRE PLASTIC, BOTTOM MOTOR COVER WAS NEVER PUT BACK ON! Thus, the front fascia was flapping in the wind. Today is Sunday and they are closed. I know, I drove there. If you are the manager working tomorrow, be prepared.

The gentleman Cody , was great. He made sure I had everything that I needed, and he made sure that everything was done for me that I needed done. He even double check to make sure that I had washer fluid and topped off all of my other fluids. Great guy. He made my visit very comfortable and awesome. Addition ! I’m back on 10/2/24 ! Even better outstanding service. All of the gentlemen who helped today Shane, Jesse, Chris. , we’re outstanding helpful and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to be here and I’m so glad that I stopped today again! I’m going to continue coming back because the wonderful customer service the depth of knowledge and the fair honest service that is given.

Have had both really good, and kind of meh experiences at this Jiffy Lube. They are always very quick at getting my oil changed. I have also found that they are more willing to accept coupons than other locations. However, on my most recent visit they noticed I had a brake light out and offered to replace for me. I accepted the offer but they suddenly changed their minds and said they couldn't do it because it would require "a lot of work" to "get in there" to where they could replace it. Made it sound like it would be this big operation. Thought that was odd, but went over to AutoZone, grabbed a replacement bulb, and replaced it myself easily. Couple screws, light cover came off easily, swapped the bulb, and put cover back on. Took less than 2 minutes. Would have been more convenient for me to just have Jiffy Lube do it right then and there, but oh well, they missed out on some potential revenue and AutoZone got my money instead.

It is in the name folks. I was in and out for an oil change in a jiffy. The folks working were friendly, helpful and efficient. Helped me understand what was going on and what I needed for my vehicle. You can tell they care about their clients and getting what is best for them.

Super quick and easy! Such kind people. As a young woman it can be easy to be taken advantage of upselling in these situations but they did NOT do that by any means. I felt super comfortable and it was such an easy process. I would recommend this location to ANYONE!!
