Huge shout out to Scott and his team over at Jiffy Lube in West Omaha. Extremely helpful and efficient!! They took care of my oil and filter change and also discovered a discrepancy in my radiator reservoir. Would definitely recommend this location to friends.

Scott was great - friendly and professional. Identified some issues from the previous place that performed service on my truck and corrected them without blowing up my wallet. Even offered me the veteran's discount when he saw my plates, without me having to ask.

Speedy service with a smile I recently needed an oil change in my Wrangler & I didn’t have the time (or oil) to wait for the dealership to open up for an appointment. I needed it to be done quickly as I had my toddler in the car. So I did a little research, found a coupon & decided to give this place a shot. Especially, as they say “15 minute oil change”. What a great experience! Paul welcomed me into the bay, went over what I was in for, knew we wanted to stay in the car for the service & got all the guys going. Perfect communication. Exactly what you want in an oil change. While Paul continued to do computer things, he showed me my filter & mentioned some future things get work on at my next big mileage hit. During this time I mentioned getting new tires. Paul and I then spoke for about 5 minutes about tires. He was so helpful, & not in an annoying way. Like truly helpful !!!! When the all the wonderful staff were done wiping windows, changing fluids & oil, I was lead out of the bay and on my way with my day. It definitely only took 15 minutes. I will 100% be going back to this location. Thanks for being amazing at your jobs ! You are appreciated!

Stopped in for oil change already knowing there were other issues with my vehicle. Scott was a huge help in explaining what was needed without being pushy or trying to take advantage like other places I've been He was tvery professional and I'd definitely return for my vehicle service again. Also Gareth in the office was friendly and made my wait (whi h wasn't long) enjoyable.
