Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I explained to them that the truck had been sitting for two years and we would be driving back to Kentucky the following day. They inquired about the spark plugs and suggested it might be a good idea to replace them, and the windshield wipers blades. They checked on everything, replaced missing fluids, installed windshield blades. Everything seems to be working satisfactorily until my husband was driving back to KY and had to stop, because the antifreeze hose had come lose and dumped the entire amount of antifreeze on the road. Before they started, I asked them to check the engine gasket to determine if it needed to be replaced as well and ensure that it was a good fit. I was concerned about the casing and the spark plugs, only because the employees had to literally stand on something in order to reach something to get to the engine. On the way back today, it showed the 8th with an error mode and probably a new thermostat because the overheating. I'm still concerned about this truck and would like very much to get it fixed. My experience was excellent and fast and quality assistance from all involved in my oil change and they even refilled my power steering fluid and recommended a new pump that i will save up for but the steering did improve after they refilled my power steering fluid and i can only hope it helps to improve with time but i will definitely keep a close watch on it

Ricky The GM was one of the best employees I’ve met there. He kept things real, never pressured me into anything and explained what I needed to do. I would most definitely go back to this location. I would have given a 5 star, but I was there a little to long lol but over all RICKY IS THE MAN 🔥🔥

This chain is definitely NOT a convenience! 1 they close before 6p 2 you have to get out your car and wait in the office 30 45 mins for an oil change that' takes 15 mins at VALVOLINE. Valvoline valued customer... stick to what you know and stay out of jiffy lubes! The most running around I have ever done for an oil change....old school do everything by hand also if you have a Groupon YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET? NEVER AGAIN JIFFY!!

Extremely helpful team at this location. Let me tell you guys about Rocky and the guys at Jiffy Lube 1355 S Semoran Blvd. Orlando, Fl. Their customer service is over the top. I am from California and was visiting in Orlando for an event. I ended up having a lot of trouble and a really bad day. After losing the breaks on my mom’s truck. I had it towed to Jiffy Lube for break service. They did a visual and gave me great advice but I could not find the lock for the truck wheels, so I needed to leave the truck with them overnight to go to my mom’s house (in another city @119 miles away) via taxi to find the key. I lost my credit card, Wells Fargo said a replacement would take 3 to 5 days. I returned the next day to have the truck towed home because no credit card to have the work done. Although, I left the truck with them over night, Rocky was so gracious and did not charge for storage or for any of the time they spent trying to service my truck. You can’t find people like these guys everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend the team at this location.

Jiffy lube not honored they're own coupons. Just excuse not this location on and on. Even other companies honored jiffy lube coupons. They are keep pushing purchases other items. They are looks like a scammers. I am so disappointed it

Rocky, I think he’s the manager, was so nice to me when I arrived with a screw in my tire. He helped me immediately and did a wonderful job. All my tires were checked for correct tire pressure. And he even checked to see if the wipers I had in my trunk were the correct sizes. He went over and above what he had to do. And took the screw out of the tire. A very wonderful person. I’m 71, and don’t always know if I can trust or believe people doing work on my car. This guy was very trustworthy and was very kind to my 22 year old grandson who is on the spectrum. Thank you Rocky!
