I stopped in for a routine oil change yesterday & had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Carlos and his team! Carlos was extremely professional & helpful. He explained to me step by step what was being done as well as provided me with recommendations and prices for future work needed. Carlos went the extra mile and cleaned some of the debris and dirt from under the hood of my car at no extra charge. I’m truly grateful for their amazing expertise & attention to customer service. I most definitely give them a 5 ⭐️ and Highly recommend this location!

This summarizes my experience visiting this location with my company fleet vehicle, a 2024 Nissan Altima. When I arrived, no one was outside or in the bay to direct me. There were no other customers. I parked, walked through the bay, and entered the office. One employee, who later did my oil change, was sitting and staring at his phone, not acknowledging me. I stood at the desk until two employees at the computer noticed me and got the guy in the lobby to start the oil change. An employee asked what kind of oil I wanted. Not being a car expert, I said the cheapest option, which was about $49.99. He said, “sounds good,” and walked out. (This becomes relevant later.) I stood outside to monitor the process, as fleet vehicles often get unnecessary add-ons. I noticed the technician measuring my windshield wipers. For reference, my Altima had 13k miles and wipers in good condition. When I asked them not to replace them, he claimed the fleet company approved it. I reminded him they approved it because he added it for approval. They argued it wasn’t my car, so it shouldn’t matter. I insisted they remove it, and they finally obliged, resubmitting for approval. Back in the office, when it was time to sign, I reviewed the invoice despite the employee urging me to "just sign." I noticed the oil change price was $109.99, not $49.99 as discussed. I asked why, and he said the car required full synthetic oil. When I pointed out he didn’t inform me, he claimed I didn’t give him a chance, which was untrue. I called my fleet company to confirm, and they verified full synthetic was required. I signed but reiterated that transparency from the beginning is critical, regardless of whether it's a fleet vehicle. They admitted most people don’t care with fleet vehicles, so they add services without asking. While I appreciated the honesty, this practice is unacceptable. The manager, Carlos, was cordial and explained his perspective, admitting they sometimes add services without asking because companies later call to question why things weren’t included. While I understood his point, it’s still dishonest to hide costs from customers. After getting home, I reviewed the invoice again and noticed two items marked “completed” that weren’t done: 1. Vacuum floors 2. Wash exterior windows If “completed” means something different, I’m open to clarification, but based on the experience, it seemed like another oversight. Normally, this would warrant a 2-star review, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the manager was willing to discuss the situation, even if his reasoning was concerning. I’ve advised my company (Cox Automotive) to stay vigilant for unnecessary add-ons like wiper blades at these oil change locations. Adding items like that, especially when not needed, creates avoidable costs.

Went today for a brake service and was totally satisfied with the reasonable price, the service that went above and beyond, by Sham, who took the time to explain what the car needed, and even showed me the part that needed replacing. The time it took was reasonable considering the brake work that had to be done! I am totally pleased with the helpfulness of the other mechanics as well. This will be my go to place for any mechanic work on my present and future cars!

They did an excellent job with my vehicle as well as advised me great tips on future works with my car. They showed me everything that they were do as they were doing it so I know I was getting something new whine discarding anything old that I had. Thank you John and Aiden and the one i happen to talk to the most Alexander for the great customer service, and definitely would love going back with my other cars.
