Went today for a brake service and was totally satisfied with the reasonable price, the service that went above and beyond, by Sham, who took the time to explain what the car needed, and even showed me the part that needed replacing. The time it took was reasonable considering the brake work that had to be done! I am totally pleased with the helpfulness of the other mechanics as well. This will be my go to place for any mechanic work on my present and future cars!

They did an excellent job with my vehicle as well as advised me great tips on future works with my car. They showed me everything that they were do as they were doing it so I know I was getting something new whine discarding anything old that I had. Thank you John and Aiden and the one i happen to talk to the most Alexander for the great customer service, and definitely would love going back with my other cars.

Carlos and Sham really go over and beyond as well as the staff under them came in for an oil change no wait ….. upon checking over the car found another issue was informed and quoted definitely recommend will definitely return and utilize there services again

I got refused an oil change because the little manager has a crush on my ex-wife😂 Lil buddy and I know the deal. Twice I've come with coupons and still charged full price. I have the receipts and will be calling corporate tmrrw to make a formal complaint.

May 4 2024 I went in for an oil change and the Service Rep attempted to pile on brake and rotors replacements by claiming that my brakes were metal to metal. He gave me quotes for the brakes and rotors job but I declined the service because I didn't trust him. A couple of days later Pep Boys inspected my brakes and concluded that the brakes had minimal wear and didn't need replacement. The rep at Jippy tried to deceive me but failed. I was a regular customer but never again.

Such helpful staff! Not pushy at all, very attentive, even washed my windows. Went to the Windermere Jiffy originally but after sitting in my car for several minutes with multiple employees looking my way and doing nothing, I came to this one and don't regret it. Would visit again for future needs!

I love that place. They take good care of your car and explain everything that is wrong with it. The best thing is that they even clean your car, whether it is dirty or not. I highly recommend them.

Not good none of the employees went through the service review! The guy supposedly in charge not in uniform and was playing on his phone after the service and then after the hood was down brought a clipboard for my info I’ve ran Jiffy lubes these guys need to do the J Lube University again horrible not one step preformed correctly!!!!! 10 years ago I was a DM for Jiffy lube this shop totally not up to par!!!!!!
