My mileage was at 43000 miles and my next oil change was due at 45874 miles and they still charged me for a top off, every jiffy lube I've ever been to just tops it off no problem not sure why this location wants to rip me off

Recently went to a Jiffy lube for an oil change. I think I was there for maybe 25 minutes, for less than $80. Rudy was very knowledgeable and communicated with me about the service they provided me. I also got my cabin air filter change, didn’t even know there was a 2 filters needed to breath clean air 🤭 truly thankful

Great team with a super upbeat and positive vibe. Pricing for my conventional oil change was upfront and reasonable, and there was no issue with redeeming my coupon. They had some great insight for a few repairs and modifications I've been planning to do and weren't pushy about relying on a shop for work that is easy to DIY, and also had recommendations for where I could go for services they don't offer. I drive a 25 year old truck with 223k miles on it and the guys took great care of her without trying to upsell unnecessary add-ons. I was in and out within 20 minutes and left with a smile on my face. Thanks so much John, Devin, and Nael! I'll see yall in another 3000 miles!

Went in for an oil change and they found the dip stick had broken off. I've only had oil changes at this location since we moved to the area so I thought they'd offer to get it out and possibly replace it since nobody else would have broken it off in there, but no dice. They also told me my fuel injectors needed to be cleaned but we just had it done at the dealership last year and I don't think you can check them in 5 minutes. They also told me my power steering fluid was low, but they just did a full flush and replace the last time I was in, and I thought they would just top it off anyway as part of the $135 they charge for a signature service. Anyway, just not sure about what they're telling me now so won't be going back. Maybe others will have better luck.

$29.99 on Groupon PLUS $12.57 tax & fees. Did NOT reset oil % in HUD. Did NOT add a new window sticker with mileage/next suggested oil change. Would rather go to Valvoline for the same price of $29.99 + $1.95 tax. JIFFY LUBE RIPOFF. VALVOLINE 👍🏼

We were literally in the line of Valvoline next door and decided to give Jiffy Lube a chance. We get there and tell Tomas we will get a Groupon for the service. They asked us to open the hood and ask us a few questions which seemed like they were working on the car. Then 30 minutes go by he comes back to ask for the Groupon at this point it looks like we are gonnaa pay and leave but Tomas says they haven't done a single thing to the car. There are 4 people in the store having a full conversation and they did not do anything to the car the whole time. In the end, Tomas says they don't accept the Groupon for the fully synthetic when in the beginning we told Him that we wanted a full synthetic and We were gonna get a Groupon for it and he said OK. He could've told us they don't have that online but no. Just a waste of time! What is the most upsetting is that we wasted 30 mins in the car and no one checked in on us. HORRIBLE SERVICE. There's a reason why Valvoline has a long line and this place doesn't. Never making this mistake again.

Went for a oil change which was all good. However ended up having my serpentine belt replaced but no one could figure out what caused it to shred. The new one was put on and the very next day the same thing happened again. Always went for the oil change but after this experience I won't be returning.

This was the most professional and personable staffing of a Jiffy Lube - and of many companies - I’ve experienced in a long time. Hallie was exceptional!
