The manager and staff at this location on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando is amazing every time! Extra services are offered without being pushy, And they are only ones that should be recommended anyways. They go above and beyond… my car and I are very happy :-)

They quote you one price ($49) for a basic oil change and they add on a bunch of fees so it comes out closer to $75 when all is said and done. One fee that is particularly egregious is the $10 shop supplies fee that is added to every oil change, despite the advertised price, and despite the fact that it does not correspond with any material that is actually requested or necessary. The workers were good. The business practice is misleading and fraudulent. Edit: As the owner has responded, I want to add that I already tried to resolve this issue at my appointment, with no success. They told me there was nothing they could do about it because it was company policy.

Micheal P. Is the man!!!!! He will take care of your car needs when needed. He has patience of an Angel he always checks my tire and gives air when needed he always recommends things that are needed when needed. I love the crew here no matter when I go they always take good care of me!!!!

I got an oil change on 8/19. Service was quick and the techs were great. Michael was extremely polite and friendly. I offered to buy them drinks from Taco Bell next door just to show my appreciation but they refused. They need a tip jar!!

The team members at the N. OBT location always treat me and my car with courtesy and expert care. Technicians Mike and Nate got my car into the service bay immediately, and determined that we needed our oil topped off. Visiting Training Coordinator Kizzy also greeted us and kindly helped us. She made sure that our car was ready for the road. She prepared a quote for us to get a tune-up soon at the Jiffy Lube in Pine Hills. This excellent high-level of automotive care is not usually found in car dealerships. We are loyal customers of Jiffy Lube and it is easy to recommend them as the first choice for this type of automotive care. Thank you.

Jason and his team were quick and proficient, very knowledgeable and incredibly polite. I am a crew chief of a Jiffy Lube in Washington state and we were regularly the best store in the district so to see how these guys operate here really made me happy. I’d recommend these guys for any services that they can do.

These people are a rip off.. $166 for oil change that takes 15/20 min is NONSENSE! I went to Orlando GMC it was $79 at Walmart it's $75 for a 8 qt oil change if you make appointment it takes under 30 min without appointment you may wait a while but to save almost $100 I would wait. I will never use jiffy lube or Valvoline ($169) ever.. This is predatory inflation .

I was excited to know that they have a courier relationship that also had fast service to deliver the carbon air filter for my 2020 Infinti QX60 to the shop! It only took moments to install as well! Even though the shop was busy I left feeling as if I had been the only customer to satisfy. I highly recommend this team for their outstanding team work.

Michael at the JL I went to was so kind and informative! He went about and beyond giving me extra info on my car and it’s been running so well since then! So grateful for him and the rest of the team! As a woman it’s always a bit anxiety provoking going to get a car worked on but they really made it a smooth and enjoyable experience!
