Slowest “quick” service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely go to Vavoline. I sat in my car for 45 minutes and then another 45 for an oil change I usually get in 15 minutes at Valvoline. I promise you’ll be disappointed here.

Came to this location and the mechanic i think he is the lead didnt has the intention to help and had negative attitude and even tried to stopped other mechanic from helping me out. At first told me to take my car to their multicare location, then couple minutes later told me to take it to the dealership. Didnt even look up or check my car. So terrible and rude. Just rating based on my own experience. Like if you arent happy while providing your services then why are you even work in the field?

I always take my car serviced to Jiffy Lube in Conroy - Orlando FL. These guys never let me down and I trust my car maintenance to them with my eyes closed. I recommend them 100% John C. He is extremely professional and his attention and advice always help me a lot. He always serves me with the best disposition and takes care of the entire process of servicing my car. John C. is my guy!

John & Steven were very helpful. I didn’t expect to have the air in my tires filled and my windows cleaned while getting my oil changed, but they did just that and went above and beyond! They’re very sweet, I appreciate y’all!

John & the rest of the team at Jiffy Lube were AWESOME! Friendly, efficient & honest! They got us in & out for my husband’s oil change & made us aware of another fluid we did not realize was in desperate need of being changed as well so we did that too. 5 stars! This location runs like a well oiled machine! We will be back!

Quiero agradecer a Felisha, el gerente Steve, Nickname y el muchacho canito que es americano que lamentablemente ni le vi el nombre, agradecemos mis esposo y yo por excelente servicio que nos brindaron en este día 12/29/2024. The onsite manager and staff are the best and with comparable services as the Mercedes dealership without the price I highly recommend this particular location!

Had a great experience today! Everyone was so efficient, nice and informative. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary which is refreshing as I feel most places do! You could also tell the staff all work really well together and like working with one another too! I will definitely be recommending this Jiffy to anyone and will be a return customer! Thank you!

I was refuse a top off. My mileage was within the time requires for an oil change top off. The manager was a black male and he was not kind. I never had issue until I started dealing with him.

Personnel seems like working unhappy, I use saying “if you don’t fit for the job don’t come and mess with the people who is willing to get your services” Besides this oil change place charges shop supplies, it is not exactly describe what that is. Well, they are my last option when I need to get this kind service again.

I feel bad for the customers that take their car here for service and don't know they are getting ripped off and their engine being damaged because they can't do a simple oil change. Save your money people.

I was disappointed on my last trip here. It felt like I was an inconvenience to the person in charge of the bay. He barely spoke and made noises. For $100 after a discount...I will change it myself. Bye bye.

Bought a battery from them less than 6 months ago and it stopped working. I had it jumped and brought it over to them with the receipt. I tell the attendant the issue and immediately one of their guys starts saying “cant be the battery its not the battery”. Well guess what? I took it to a mechanic where they inspected everything and it turns out it WAS the battery. The funny thing is that the guy who checked my dead battery at jiffy lube said my battery was fine which is hilarious. I guess they hire anybody with a pulse. The guy “calls his distract manager” and they tell me sorry tough luck we cant do anything about it take it somewhere else. Super unprofessional and overall total lack of empathy. Take your business somewhere they have actual mechanics and not just people trying to build their resume and experience so they can jump ships. Do better.

I took my car in for what I thought would be a normal oil change service. I left with a repaired electrical problem that I have been trying to fix for years. John C. was amazing! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for friendly and caring service. If John C. is not a manager already, he absolutely should be.

I was the first one here at 745 but a car that got here after me got let in first, after waiting and explaining my check engine light came on they said they didn't do any mechanic work and could just top off my oil, they never really looked into why my check engine light came on, the light is still on because Jonathan couldn't be bothered to help me, this will be my last time at a jiffy lube
