Had a great experience today! Everyone was so efficient, nice and informative. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary which is refreshing as I feel most places do! You could also tell the staff all work really well together and like working with one another too! I will definitely be recommending this Jiffy to anyone and will be a return customer! Thank you!

I was refuse a top off. My mileage was within the time requires for an oil change top off. The manager was a black male and he was not kind. I never had issue until I started dealing with him.

Personnel seems like working unhappy, I use saying “if you don’t fit for the job don’t come and mess with the people who is willing to get your services” Besides this oil change place charges shop supplies, it is not exactly describe what that is. Well, they are my last option when I need to get this kind service again.

I feel bad for the customers that take their car here for service and don't know they are getting ripped off and their engine being damaged because they can't do a simple oil change. Save your money people.

I was disappointed on my last trip here. It felt like I was an inconvenience to the person in charge of the bay. He barely spoke and made noises. For $100 after a discount...I will change it myself. Bye bye.

Bought a battery from them less than 6 months ago and it stopped working. I had it jumped and brought it over to them with the receipt. I tell the attendant the issue and immediately one of their guys starts saying “cant be the battery its not the battery”. Well guess what? I took it to a mechanic where they inspected everything and it turns out it WAS the battery. The funny thing is that the guy who checked my dead battery at jiffy lube said my battery was fine which is hilarious. I guess they hire anybody with a pulse. The guy “calls his distract manager” and they tell me sorry tough luck we cant do anything about it take it somewhere else. Super unprofessional and overall total lack of empathy. Take your business somewhere they have actual mechanics and not just people trying to build their resume and experience so they can jump ships. Do better.

I took my car in for what I thought would be a normal oil change service. I left with a repaired electrical problem that I have been trying to fix for years. John C. was amazing! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for friendly and caring service. If John C. is not a manager already, he absolutely should be.

I absolutely hate getting my oil changed - BUT this Jiffy Lube (Conroy Rd) is exceptional! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They walked me through every step and made sure I understood exactly what was happening before anything took place. Shout out to John and Rich for making my “adulting” task super seamless!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that John and the crew at jiffy lube are so professional and generally care about the people who come into their shop . John, when I walked in the front door asked me how I was doing and remembered me from the first time I had step foot in the shop. He remembered my maroon Cadillac and asked me how it was running if I was having any issues if there was any questions at all that he could help me with I had a synthetic oil change and new wipers replaced they did it in a very timely amount of time I noticed two other women sitting in there having oil changed and items like that and he was just as helpful with them. Answered any questions and directed them on what they may need to have done the next time they come through . What a pleasure it is to go into a place of business and have someone like John there to make our experience go so smoothly.I will be back as needed for maintenance and will recommend to others.

I was the first one here at 745 but a car that got here after me got let in first, after waiting and explaining my check engine light came on they said they didn't do any mechanic work and could just top off my oil, they never really looked into why my check engine light came on, the light is still on because Jonathan couldn't be bothered to help me, this will be my last time at a jiffy lube

I’ve been going here for the last few oil changes and Richard and John are quick and efficient! I never make an appointment and any estimates they provide for having me in and out are always spot on. The cost is affordable and there’s never any upsell pressure. They will continue to get my business as long as I’m in the area!

UPDATE: I went back the next day (7/21) just to get it over with and it was the same crew except for John, who was now someone else named Jonathan. I get up-selling but these lead technicians need learn how to sell without using fear. Jonathan told me that the oil I purchased was not "dealer standard" and would likely damage my engine. He also encouraged me to clean my fuel injectors. I told him I just got the car from the dealer so I'm sure they took care of all that. He said they probably didn't. I told him I like to be positive and he said "it's about preventative maintenance." Nice passive aggressive salesmanship. $80 later they gave me a sticker that was only good for 4,000 miles! I purchased a GroupOn oil change earlier today (7/20). I was going to use it Sunday or Monday but figured the Conroy location in Orlando wasn't busy so I'd do it today. When I got there, one of the technicians asked what I needed done and I said oil change. We went inside from the heat and I showed him the bar code. He surprised me with a $10 oil disposal charge plus taxes that would be added to my $60 GroupOn total. I had already purchased the coupon so I handed him the keys and told him to just get it done. After about 10 or 15 minutes, a technician named John came up to me and asked to see the code. As I was pulling it up, he asked when I got it. I said not too long prior, and he said it wouldn't be in his system. He said it takes about an hour. It was 3:50 at this point so I told him I'd wait. They weren't closing until 5 anyway. Then he said it would take an hour and a half. John was very rude, not at all helpful and rushing to get me out. I told him none of what was being told to me since I arrived was clearly listed on the GroupOn. John argued that it was in the "fine print" and that me not reading it is my fault. I figured I would take a chance on this location since it had fairly good reviews but the negative reviews perfectly reflect what I experience my FIRST TIME there in less than a half hour. Franchise or not, this is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend going here.
