I paid $170 for an oil change at the Cottman Location, store # 2765 and when I came home found my oil was spilled out. My engine, transmission and tires are covered in oil. We had to cancel plans that we pre-paid for because we had to wait for someone to come out and check the oil. When Mike Drew showed up, he found the oil filter gasket, the o-ring was not put on correctly and that was the reason for the spillage. I will be taking my car to Dodge for mechanical re-assessment and Jiffy Lube will be responsible.

Always a great experience at this location. Wanya was so personable, professional and helpful with a battery replacement and any questions we had. Grateful for Malik also who was able to assist with the oil change. Amazing people doing amazing work. I would definitely recommend!

Mike at the location on cottman ave saved my life. He needs a raise. His hospitality is top tier and you can tell he loves what he does. My car was pushing and had no oil. Thanks to him he calmed me down and him and his team got me what I needed and made suggestions to help my car. Thank you mike and team such a good team over there.

I went in for an oil change. Some how Elijah K. got my key stuck in my ignition. I never had this issue with my vehicle before or since this incident. I realized later while on the bay, he requested assistance from Donald C. who was also unable to get my key out of my ignition. My key getting stuck isn’t my issue because things happen especially with a car, the issue is they knew the key was stuck & never brought the issue to my attention. They fully intended for me to leave with the problem they caused. John S. was incredibly rude, very aggressive & over inflating the cause of the problem to remove blame from them. Honesty & integrity go a long way. I will never trust them with my vehicle again. I reached out to the District Manager, Maurice & have yet to receive a response. The gross lack of customer service is coming from the head down. I have no desire to patronize Jiffy Lube any longer.

Went there for an oil change, was told $141.00, i backed out and dropped off at my local sunoco and it was $70.00.. stay way away from this place

Awesome job to the guys who worked on my car and the guys who were in and out. I even talked about Dragonball with one of the guys. My Nissan was serviced in a few hours because the amount of work would normally have taken a day or more at other places. I was happy to wait and they do good work and are real genuine dudes. I will be back. I have a Black Nissan Altima that was in shambles driving in. After inspection, I can’t remember a time it drove this well.

I’m not going to lie, when my husband suggested to come to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, I was extremely hesitant as our past experiences at other auto shops in the area were extremely subpar. However, this location changed my opinion in a matter of seconds. I cannot emphasis enough how EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING the customer service was here, so much so we decided to get our inspection here in addition to the oil change we initially came here for. Michael, John and James (and two other people who I didn’t get their names) were accommodating and informative every step of the way — they showed the issues they encountered and educated my husband specifically on why the work needs to be done now as well as what other work needed to be done and at what point. They were also engaging and interacting with us the whole step of the way. Their work on the car was phenomenal. Our 2018 drives like it is brand new. We are so thankful to have come to this location and will be back in the future. We cannot recommend them enough.

Went for full oil service. Did not top off on any fluids outside of changing the oil with the charge of a $100 very poor service from my previous visit. One more time and if service still the same...will not return.
