I only go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, but this location is by far the best. Excellent crew and manager.

Never did I imagine I'd do a review on an oil change... what an amazing team! Took my fiancé's car in a couple weeks back for an oil change and was so impressed I took mine back this week. It was the people that made me do this. This team (the guys checking you in and out that is) are fantastic. They care and know how to make you feel like a valued customer. That's so rare anymore. In fact, they were so good that even though I was blown away with the pricing (over $100 for a high mileage oil change?! Yikes) being so high I was okay swiping my card. That being said they give everyone a coupon on their website. Kind of weird, why not just charge a reasonable price and not have to fake a coupon? Just my thoughts and maybe I'm wrong. I've done my own oil for years now so maybe that's just the common theme in America of "devastate people financially" in play. The point being, I was happy to pay 3 times what I normally do because of the team working there. Fast, efficient, professional and kind. Thank you gents. Job well done.

This Jiffy Lube in my neighborhood has been home for my car maintenance and oil changes....the manager and staff are ver courteous and professional. I will drive back to this location if i was somewhere else just to get service at my Jiffy Lube

I don’t know if I actually got the full service. While we were going through the checklist they mentioned my windshield wipers were good…. They are actually way overdue and it was never mentioned. I know I have a blinker out and it wasn’t mentioned. I just hope as far as the oil change and the checking of all other fluids that it was done completely and correctly. I didn’t feel the greatest when I left. My vehicle is crucial right now and the only one I got. I just would like to feel it was a job well done and an honest job. The wiper issue for sure tells me steps were skipped and just checked off.

Not the greatest experience. Asst. mgr. told me one thing, which according to the mgr. was against Jiffy Lube policy. I had to find another business to take care of my challenges. Also had to get annihilation oil change immediately after buying premium oil change at jiffy lube.

In all honesty, I had a great experience at this location. John and Alan were very professional. I was used to doing business with another location across town and how they do things. I have to say that the staff at this location went above and beyond what I was used to at that other location. They do a thorough job. Listen to the customers needs and take care of their customers. They educate you on their offerings and even told me about their "top off" policy, where they will top off your oil at no charge, should you need it prior to your next scheduled oil change. I will definitely continue to do business with this location. I am not a robot, nor am I a family member to any of the staff and this is not a paid review.

Went to this location in an emergency (corroded battery) and they fit me in right away and got me back on the road ASAP. Fabian knows his stuff and is one of the more honest mechanics I’ve worked with. Definitely recommend these guys, thanks for your hard work!
