The Thunderbird and I-17 location has the best service from any other jiffy lines I’ve been to. They found that I was missing a brake fluid cap that a different store didn’t tighten and had fallen off. They told me that I should go back to that store and have them reimburse me for the cap and given me $25 off my oil change as well as added coolant, which they normally charge for. They were very respectful, professional and took care of me as a customer. Thank you Brandon.

I have used jiffy lube for my last 4 oil changed and it seems they can not keep me in system and I have to reenter all information again. Because the service people are helpful and considerate. I do return but at some point if the computers are not corrected I will take my business elsewhere.

TLDR; Fast, Friendly, and Professional. Long Form: They've been my go-to for years - no, decades! And for all those years they've been friendly, professional, and fast. The waiting room is about as comfortable and clean as you could hope for, with well-padded chairs and a vending machine and a TV showing clips with ads between. So, not as comfy as my living room, but hey, I'm only there for a few minutes anyway. Mostly I'm reading emails or, like today, having an actual conversation with a fellow human being for a few minutes, with no agenda!

Thanks for the super fast oil. Change, my car is now literally humming. Full synthetic blend I can't even hear that car Engine. I knew my head car was a high-tech. Already But like holy shit literally can't hear the engine

I have been going to JiffyLube's for over 20 years. I have used them for mine and my family's last 8 vehicles - not just oil changes, but all kinds of other work, and the occasional 'trip check', before a vacation. This morning, I got to the JL on T-Bird, near I-17, before they opened. There was one car in front of me. When they opened, I told the workers I wanted a 'trip check' - air in the tires, fluids checked - and they almost ignored me. 4-5 workers, and some flocked around the one car in front of me, while others wandered around. I am a good customer, and this is Not how treat good customers, just because on this visit, I did not spend money.

Purchased a battery October 2023, With a five-year warranty, however you’re only allowed to swap out one battery in the five years. Why have a warranty if you can’t use it

The in cabin air filter was changed. I went to put the manual back in the glove box and the seal was not attached. If you can take it apart you should put it back together properly
