I feel so bad I didn’t get his name but there was a guy working at the Baum blvd location that was from a different store ..he was extremely well at customer service and kind .their compresser was broken for awhile but he still helped me by doing it by hand..the other worker there was also awesome..overall very good vibes and service ! 10 out of 10 !

The staff at Jiffy Lube, Baum Blvd, Pittsburgh were professional, considerate and efficient. But even more so, the staff were “in sync” with each other. They were singing, laughing, engaging with customers. I walked out of there with a smile.

Please use extreme caution when considering getting an oil change from Jiffy Lube. I had an oil change done on my SUV. Three months later I began to experience problems with my vehicle. After my husband noticed mysterious oil stains in our driveway and a loud engine sound we took it to the dealer. The dealer confirmed our SUV was leaking due to the botched oil change we received from Jiffy Lube. I have personally called Marty who is a supervisor/manager over 10 times regarding a refund. He acknowledged and apologized on the one phone call I had with him and stated "We hired a bad batch of employees then". Don't take the shortcut when it comes to having your vehicle's oil change, go anywhere but here!

Jiffy Lube on Baum Blvd was a very enjoyable experience this morning. Drove up and they took me in right away, once they entered my info into the computer they had my car done within 20 mins. Service desk was friendly and informative. I highly recommend them if you like fast but dependable service. Don't forget to download your coupon from the Website.

I went in yesterday because I hit something and I can hear scrapping and it feels a little off. I asked if they’d take the tire off just to make sure theirs waa scrapping once it got to 60-70 or anything crazy. The lady said, we can rotate your tires for 29.99. I replied, I don’t need that but I’ll pay if that what it takes to get my tire looked at. No one else is open and I have a 3 hr drive tomorrow. She said okay and they took me to sit. About 10 mins later, guy comes and tells me that my car is done! Then says, I took your car around the block and I heard the sound and then it stopped, so your good to go! What the literal shit! First, they DID NOT ask to take my car, and refused to do what I asked. Second, I said it only happens when reaching a certain speed, & there is no where to actually go that fast in that area. If, that’s not something (looking at a tire) you do, then say that, don’t get in my car and tell me the obvious.

I found management and staff to be super friendly and professional. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to prior visits with other workers. I may dread the bottom line number but I won’t dread the visit because of the staff!! Glad to see customer service still exists!!

I, in my complete honest opinion, could not recommend this place anymore than I am here now. They are really good and kind, but most of all, they have amazing attention to detail. One of their technicians pointed out to me how my car was leaking oil due to a damaged gasket, which solves a big problem for me that I thought resided in my transmission. Thank you, guys, so much!

Didn't tighten my oil filter or drain plug properly. Went on vacation and had to go to a dealership because the oil light came on. Cost me $100 on top of the $80 Jiffy Lube charged. Contacted customer service, but they have ghosted me.

Over $120 for an oil change is absurd. You can get 5 quarts Walmart full synthetic oil for $20 and a $5 oil filter. You do the math

We had an amazing experience this morning. I came through with my two toddlers and the jiffy lube team allowed me to sit in the car with them, offered us drinks, and brought them a snack. One man came and wiped off my windows and windshield too! Incredible service! We will be back 😊
