Had my oil changed here today, specifically asked if my tire pressure would be checked and filled if needed and was assured that it would be. With the recent dip in temps, I knew my tires needed some air. Was told my service was complete, I pulled out and something told me to check the tire pressure. Sure enough it wasn’t checked or filled as my front tires were at 31 still and my rear at 28 and 29. Of note this is the second time this location has done this and I hadn’t been there in a while due to prior experience. Tried giving another opportunity and once again tires not checked/addressed, but it is marked on my service slip that these services were performed. I did provide feedback to Jiffy Lube and called the store, was offered to waste my time and gas to return to have the tires properly filled (which is included with the service) and $30 off my next service. I honestly have to question if they even changed my oil at this point.

I had a tire replaced and was so impressed with the service, professionalism, and kindness of the employees at the Banksville location, specifically Kade and Heather. Kade helped me after closing, in the rain and cold, and his positive attitude was both inspiring and infectious. I really appreciated the way he went the extra mile to help me.
