I called Jiffy Lube on Wed to have my oil changed. The mgr said he'd order the necessary oil filter but didn't. I called the next day and a mgr from another location was working in Greentree and ordered the filter. On Friday, I stopped to have my oil changed. Neither manager was there, but Brandon M. took care of me by finding the ordered filter and sorting out the process and oil change. He was polite and helpful in every way. Customer service is not great anymore, no matter the business, but I can say that because of Brandon, I will go back to the Greentree location again. Well done!

My husband’s car battery needed replaced and the brake pads were bad. They explained everything to us, gave us options, and took the time to fix everything and clean a few things while they were at it. They didn’t have some of the parts available so they had someone deliver them in a timely manner. Convenient and kind. Will recommend to others.

My rear brake light was out. I went into my local Jiffy Lube and within 10 minutes they had tested all of the lights, directional signals, etc., and it was fixed perfectly at a very reasonable price.

I stopped by this store for an oil change, and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The employee threatened to call the police on me for simply standing in front of the counter with no explanation. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and I will never visit this place again.

I go to Jiffy Lube occasionally for the convenience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation today. No other customers were there and I pulled in, 2 came as my car was being worked on. Was told by an employee that “some of the lift points on certain vehicles are weird so we may not be able to do the tire rotation”. Employee came out after a few minutes after my vehicle was pulled into bay and said that they can’t do the tire rotation due to the lift points on my vehicle. This was very strange to me because I have taken this exact vehicle to this exact same Jiffy Lube location (still have receipts documenting this) and got a tire rotation done before. Whatever. I pay, leave, and drive away. While driving down the road, my check engine light came on (only drove 8 miles). The light was NOT on prior to the oil my changed by Jiffy Lube. I WILL NEVER USE JIFFY LUBE AGAIN. Go to your real, honest mechanic instead of here.

Was told I needed shocks and other things done when I came in for inspection. Flynn tired said I did not. He gave me half the inspection and told me to get the work done for other sticker. I would never give my money to jiffy lube again. And now I hear my car making noises.

I had headlight restoration done. This was the second car I had done at Jiffy Lube. Excellent work. Considerate and friendly service. The one recommendation would be the waiting area. It needs some TLC.There are only 4 chairs and all have cracked seats. Replace these and maybe add a small table? Customers should be comfortable as they wait and the company should want to have a good first impression. Service and service staff are top notch!
