A $20 coupon on a $75 charge isn't a better deal than a $15 coupon on a $60 charge.I know you know bc it's happened multiple times.I wouldn't have said a thing if you would have had the 2nd bay going

Quick service. A little busy when I went but they’re all nice and friendly. They forgot my discount but corrected it right away and refunded me for it

They was fast for oil change but they don’t have the tools for tiers rotation 😑 And today I went to other Jiffy Lube store to do oil change and they informed me that the last oil change was done without filter change even they changed me the cost. I am not happy at all with this store, Jiffy Lube dose better service in other locations.

I was greeted and given an estimate of wait time right away (which turned out to be less than expected). The technician verified my requested service, and the blend of oil, before topping off fluids. The whole process was efficient, pleasant and courteous - I'm very satisfied with my continuing choice of Jiffy Lube:)

The workers were most thoughtful in finding what items might be needing servicing, and telling me about them, & after explaining about the item, asking me if I had had that particular service done before. Then, asking if I'd like them to do it at this time. Being a widow, & not been asked these questions before, I didn't know what the items were. Each items was explained to me, & then I gave the okay to do them. I am grateful for their dedication for doing the right work at the right time.

Visited for a power steering fluid change. The rep was hesitant and not happy. Didn't want to do the job. I tried a little bit further but he just had no interest so I just backed out and drove away and he didn't say a thing. Don't advertise what you're not wanting to do.

I always feel safe in my vehicle after my visits. Today I expressed I would be driving alot of miles during the next couple weeks. And they went above and beyond to check everything on my vehicle to make sure me and my vehicle were safe for the trips I will be taking. Thank you Jiffy lube for having such Awesome customer service I look forward to my next visit! 😊

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the second I got there. Had it towed in because it was flooded with oil and undriveable. They cleaned out the old oil and replaced it. Special thank you to Scott. He was very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys again! Car is back to running!

It's not that they didn't have the oil filter I needed, it's not that they did the bare minimum to answer my questions. It's that the person couldn't have gotten rid of me any faster, didn't even do me the courtesy of shutting the hood while he was in front of the car. Don't have the filter, no I can't check, no it doesn't have a part number, be gone.

The manager on duty (and his team) was very helpful in identifying and addressing my issue; I sold my vehicle to my sister who was traveling from out of town (and returning the same day). The vehicle battery, unfortunately, kept failing and Jiffy Lube staff helped resolve the issue in a timely manner - helping me manage costs as well. I’m a long time customer (three vehicles and counting over 11 years) at this location so I appreciate the continued great service!
