Every time I come in for an oil change, the price is different. One time, it's $90 next time $120. So I bring my own oil. One time, it's $50 next time it's $40 with a $20 off coupon.... When I ask for an explanation, they say shop fee ($5.99) or inflation ($30 in 2 months). I don't trust these prices are necessary. And when I asked a man how much his was, his is $30 less. When I came back to ask them these questions, all 3 men stand around me, and 1 stands so close his jacket is touching mine. I will be renting drive up car lifts and changing my oil myself from now on. I can't stand being lied to and stolen from every 3,000 miles. This location is one of the better locations in terms of being ripped off $20 instead of $30(Mollala). I appreciate the convenience and logged report for showing adequate care for when I sell my car, but a receipt for oil and an oil filter from Auto Zone will have to do.

Logan was an excellent service tech. Polite and knowledgeable. The manager Jim was also very courteous.he was assertive while insuring me experience was positive and complete. Bravo jiffy lube.

Truck started leaking oil after getting my oil changed here. I brought it back, they then did some vacuum trick to keep the remaining oil in. They said they did this to replace the plug. To save money. Oil leak persisted. So I brought it to a different jiffy lube. (VANCOUVER) PAID TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED YET AGAIN. THIS TIME THEY HAD TO PROPPER DRAIN PLUG. OIL IS NO LONGER LEAKING. VANCOUVER JIFFY LUBE I TAKE MY RECEIPT BACK TO Y'ALL AND DEMAND A REFUND.

When I first got there, there were 2 people working and no customers. This place was dirty. Floors were dirty, the bathroom was filthy. Somebody pissed all over the toilet seat. Looked like nobody flushed the toilet in awhile. Grime was everywhere. Dead bugs in the corners and window sills. The guys were nice enough, but it didn’t seem like anyone knew how to keep a business clean.

Excellent service at this Jiffy Lube! I came in for an emergency check engine light and the team went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed in a timely manner without costing a fortune. I am very grateful for all their help and will definitely be back for any other car maintenance needs.

Had a couple of fine visits here. On the most recent I even went for a filter replacement. Sadly two weeks later my oil filter went MIA and now the car is seized up. RIP car.

Don’t go to this Jiffy Lube. I went there, I spent almost $2,000 and they didn’t fix the issue on my car. I took it back multiple times for the same issue but each time they would make the car worse. They would forget bolts and stuff. Now I am talking to corporate for a refund but corporate “investigation” is very slow. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t go there even for oil change because they didn’t even change the sticker on my car so now I am not even sure they changed my oil.

I was asked to pay cash for getting my tire sensors repaired, and when I left, my tire sensor had not been repaired and instead the person who worked them pocketed my money did not put it on a receipt. Did not fix what I asked for and then, when I came back to get it fixed, the general manager, and the person above them would not fix their lying stealing cheating. Don’t waste your time or money here. They will just steal it, pretending to work on your car ruin your car, not fix your car, and then not stand behind the work they supposedly did.

Jiffy Lube can really vary between locations but I found this one helpful, they went above and beyond to get a headlight I needed and no pushy sales of stuff I didn't need.

I have been to this jiffy lube 10 times. Out of the 10 times they prob only serviced 2 times. They say they are out of oil, filters ect. Today the kid told me they don’t have the filter. I asked him to call the one of 92 and Powell. He told me he can’t due to not being the same franchise. I asked him again just to call and he would not. Every single person I talk to about this jiffy lube says the same thing. Drive 4 minutes and go to the better one of 92 and Powell.

Excellent and compassionate crew closing tonight 10/3! I had to pull in for an emergency stop since my back tire was smoking. Even though the shop was closed, the mechanics still threw it up on the lift for me and checked it out just to make sure it was safe for me to drive home. They didn’t have to do that, I didn’t even ask, they just offered, super kind & quality people here!

Jiffy Lube gave me great advice and a recommendation over the phone, explaining they didn’t offer the kind of service I was seeking. The auto shop the tech referred me to turned out to be a great place that neither overcharged or did a bad job. Thnx Jiffy Lube—see you for my next oil change!!!🚘
