Lied to me to get out of work. Went in for a tire patch or plug, but the "gentleman" told me he couldn't repair it if he wanted to because of dry rot. On my less than 2 year old 800k mi rated name brand tires. Took it to Pep Boys. No trace of dry rot, patched it up without an appointment or hassle. Never going back, not even for state inspection.

I had an excellent experience at the location on Western Blvd where I received a state inspection and an oil change. All of the employees were incredibly kind and attentive and the service was impeccable and very fast. They communicated with me well and clearly had my best interest in mind.

They scammed me 30$ for an inspection instead of the 13.60$ for a regular inspection after I said “no” to all of there recommendations of what I should get done to my car. Do not go here. This place is a bunch of hooplah and scammers.

This is the location to go to. They are quick and respectful. If you don’t need something, they don’t push it. A very nice gentleman ringed me out. He was super friendly and professional.

I have come here twice for NC State Inspections, and the mechanics here have been timely in working on my vehicle, courteous in their customer interactions, and honest about what repairs they recommend for my car, without pressuring me into fixing these things immediately. I have truly appreciated the service I have received at this Jiffy Lube, and will certainly come back for future fixes and inspections!

Been coming here for almost 2 years. Have always had a good experience here. Honest guys. They've even helped me fix my radio once at no cost. Russel is a good man who’s always given me solid advice. I’ll continue to come here.

Got oil change and state inspection. Although waiting room had 5 customers waiting things went quick and was probably back on the road in about 20 minutes.

Always Fast and Courteous whatever time you go. Explains what they did, oil type used, new sticker reminder. I take both my car and truck to Western Blvd./Raleigh location for over 3 years, over 20 years with Jiffy Lube, got NC Inspection and oil change done in a timely manner. The manager and staff are Great :).

I love the staff at this location. I consistently receive prompt, courteous, professional service and am always treated with kindness and respect (and I freely admit to being someone with limited car knowledge). The technicians here are knowledgeable and quick to offer valuable input and answers. I feel confident that I always receive the best prices on services - everything from oil changes, to annual safety inspections and emissions tests, to battery replacements. I think they even vacuumed my front seats the last time I went in! I will undoubtedly continue to visit this Jiffy Lube for all of my automobile needs.
