Fast and friendly! Very glad to have this shop nearby for both our family cars’ needs. My wife has been in for oil services the past 18 months and they’ve been transparent and professional whenever they’ve found any issues.

I took my truck there a few weeks ago for an oil change during my lunch break, and the service was top knotch. Jeff and his team did a tremendous job, and customer service was excellent. Will be returning for my next oil change.

Love this jiffy lube. With the exception of my last visit last week they are flawless! I send all my staff there and I would highly recommend them if you want fast and pleasant service!

These people lie to your face. Overcharged for windshield wipers. Said they would give me a refund. Acted as if they were doing a refund and immediately cancelled it. I have spoken with the GM and he is no help at all. Highly recommend NOT going here.

These guys were FABULOUS! They took care of my inspection in no time! Everyone was friendly and they didn’t make me feel bad because I was 60 days overdue with my inspection. You will not find a more polite, genuine and knowledgeable team then the Newton Rd. Jiffy Lube team!! Thank you Guys!!!!!!!

I've used this location multiple times. Last visit I had an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. All four hubcaps were installed covering the valve stems. Very sloppy. UPDATE 9/6 - I was advised to send an email to the district manager. I did, almost two week later, crickets. I've lowered my review from 2 to 1 star.

Went in for inspection and oil change. He came back a short time later and told me I did not need an oil change. Who tells a woman the truth this day and time about cars? I will certainly go back there when, I do need one.

I went there to have my car inspected to get the new sticker. I did not have to wait and they finish the job in a very short time. My car passed inspection and I was very pleased with the service.
