I don’t suggest going here to get air in your tires. I know it seems like a quick and easy task, but unfortunately Jiffy Lube obviously hires people with bird brains OR their equipment sucks because every single time I come for air its filled up to 60 , when it’s 36 PSI.. hello like are y’all trying to blow my car up? I went to 2 different car places who verified it was 60. If any one has a beater car and time and a tire to spare you should try it because it truly is remarkable how they hire anyone & just let them work on cars. So good luck!! 0/10 #take5 #meineke #anywherebuthere.

Please be attentive to the employees servicing you, as they may not have the tools and/or knowledge to properly address your issues. I went in to have my tire pressure checked since my light had come on (likely due to the drastic drop in temperature recently). After telling an employee that I needed my tire pressure checked, I was asked “how much air is supposed to be in the tires?” 🤔Then they told me that their equipment was broken and that they couldn’t read the gauge because of that. They proceeded to fill my tire to a dangerously high level (unbeknownst to me). I only found out when I went to another auto shop where I was informed that my tire pressure in the one tire that was checked at Jiffy Lube was “way too high.” I’m grateful to have been able to have this issue corrected elsewhere but annoyed that I had to in the first place because of poor service from Jiffy Lube.

Received a standard oil change and tire rotation at the Capital Boulevard location. Wasn't sure how long the service was going to take judging by the 5 cars waiting in front of the service bays, but I was greeted and serviced with in less than an hour and instructed on what was going on through the process with no hiccups.

Excellent service. I have been using this Jiffy Lube location for vehicle inspection for about a decade. The technicians are very honest, respectful, courteous, efficient and friendly. Very quick service all the time. I recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone who may need their services.

Great location, always in and out in a jiffy. Assistant Manager and Manager very friendly and visible (which is not the norm and appreciated) I witnessed them handle grumpy people with calmness and respect. One even said “I won’t come back here” but in the lite of the situation I said to myself “oh no” (in mister Bills tone) just know I was very happy but reality some people are never happy.

Had my state inspection for DMV registration renewal due, I went to Jiffy Lube nearby and it took only minutes. Quick and painless, friendly service, and very informative. Thanks for all your help guys!

I don't know their names, but the lady and the black bald dude always provide the most helpful, fast, and friendly service. It's my go to for oil changes and inspections! I'm a customer service junkie, so whenever people treat me right, I'll always go back! I take my Stinger and Telluride there.

The location by triangle mall was great to me. Good service, friendly and was very concerned about the car repair. They wanted me to know that I mattered. I do not write reviews often but I had no problem singing praises.

They were quick to addressed the issue with no fluff. I went in for an inspection. They identified my daughter’s vehicle would need rear brakes. The whole process went smooth and was completed quicker than expected. Three thumbs up. Well… two😂

Two members behind front desk ignored me standing at counter even after being informed car was finished. Another employee from rack area saw what was going on and stepped in for checkout. The lobby was empty.
