I came here in September for my inspection and couldn’t have been more pleased. I will definitely be returning back to this location when I need service for my vehicle. The staff were thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, working with me to get the solutions most reasonable for my needs and situation.

Blade (the manager) and his staff are courteous and professional. Because they don’t get incentives based on services sold, they give proper recommendations based on what you actually need, not simply trying to upsell you. I do a lot of work on my own vehicles and can genuinely say that I trust the work they do and highly recommend them.

Jonny and Jerry at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and hassle-free. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and professional, explaining the services clearly without any pressure. The oil change was quick, and they even took the time to check other fluid levels and the condition of my tires. It's rare to find such a reliable and efficient team, and I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend their excellent service!

One of my tires had a slow leak, I took it in to see what was up and they figured out it was a simple fix. I was in an out in less than 15 minutes. I was especially impressed by Blade, who explained the problem and solution clearly and was upfront and clear about payment options/requirements. Customer service here is amazing, I’d recommend this location to anyone.

They put loctite on my drain plug AND oil filter!!!!

They put on a good face but do awful work. They tightened down my drain plug so tight it won’t even budge with an impact. Likely I will have to replace my oil pan and all they have to say is they just did it to spec and they can’t do anything for me.

Was helped by Michael. Great service and super fast. Went in for an oil change and it couldn't have taken more then 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend for a fast and reliable job.

After running around to other various shops that told me they couldn't replace my battery, the team at Jiffy Lube had it replaced and my car ready to go in 20 minutes. The team was super friendly, fast, and helpful. Great service!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Blade, the assistant manager, was immediately more than willing to help when I called and explained I had found a screw in my tire and it was leaking air. They got me in same day and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I’m new to Rochester so I was worried about going to a new shop but this is definitely the place to go! Thank you guys so much!!

Two issues: They said they don't clean the windows/vacuum the floor any longer despite it being on the website. And, they've been out of conventional oil twice now. I called two days ago, and they said they didn't carry conventional oil any longer. Then today, I got a coupon from that same location with - get this - 50% off a conventional oil change! That they don't carry?!? What bait-and-switch BS is that??? I come with receipts - see images :/

I had a sudden car battery issue this morning and was recommended to this place for installing new battery. Blade who works there was happy to help out promptly and at no labor charge. Wouldn't really mind paying since service was so quick. Really appreciated it!

I recently had my inspection done at Jiffy Lube at the Henrietta Location in Rochester, NY. Blade, at the time, is the assistant manager there and he is nothing less than fantastic. Concise, clear in expectations, professional and even got the car back to sooner than expected even though they were booked all day with 7 cars ahead of me. Best mechanic experience I've had in a while. Keep up the good work folks, you all rock it!
