Worst service ever employees are Rude and un professional my coolant was low they didn't even told me when I asked why coolant is low the guy said it's good you still can drive and the lady was Rude too .I suggest go somewhere else I'm done at this place.

Visited this Location i was greeted by a jiffy lube staff member promptly i was led into thr store And was given options of oil changes by Ronnie he informed of The different oil Servicing packages they had he was informative And helpful will be returning again

Jiffy Lube on Northgate Boulevard is always upbeat very personable and they’re always willing to vacuum out the car or clean the windows great team

The oil change today was very quick, taking less than 25 minutes, but I am a bit disappointed. They used to clean my car windows and vacuum the interior, but they didn't do it this time. I'm not sure if it was because they didn't have time, forgot, or for some other reason. I'm a little disappointed today and hope they pay more attention next time.

This is my go to place for an oil change so I am very disappointed they never told me my coolant level was very low, along with my reserves. Now, my car is messing up because I don't get under the hood. When he showed me underneath the hood I did look at the coolant but didn't know what it was but thought it was low, I figured he knew what he was talking about because I specifically asked him, "are my levels all good on fluid?" he said yes. Now I have to find a different place to get an oil change. Yes, everyone should know their levels of fluid? My mother and grandmother don't, they have shops to do it for them.

The service team was great but my only complaint was the manager of this site. He was constantly yelling and belittling his employees. His attitude and poor quality of people management leads to believe that everything at that site must be run poorly. Not intending to visit ever again.

My review is changed. I got an oil change there and they forgot to put a new filter on. It caused my car to leak oil and run really bad. I went in to Jiffy Lube and they fixed it immediately. They do need ot watch their mouth there. The F word is flying around like nobody's business. It's not a good way to run a business.
