Love this Jiffy Lube. They are efficient and super nice every time. Cashier JoJo and manager on site were excellent and answered any questions I had. It's not the closest oil change to where I live but I'll always make the drive for their service!

I arrived late in the afternoon today (20 JAN), yet everyone there was gracious and welcoming. They were very fast changing my oil, and yet took time to explain a few things to me. I also had a few dumb questions, but no one rolled their eyes or made me FEEL dumb. This was a really good crew of bright, hardworking men. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tech was nice but the service sucks. I came home after the service and find oil all over my drive way because someone didn't wipe down all the oil spill from my skidplate cover...open the hood and they didn't even close my air vent cover properly.

They only had the most expensive $100 oil available for the oil change. That was questionable... Then after 30 minutes they told me they couldn't unscrew the oil drain plug. This place couldn't even do their only job- an oil change! LOL. I even called ahead before going there and they said they could do it. So now I bought a wrench online for removing stripped bolts. I will change the oil myself which I recommend everyone should do to avoid shenanigans like this.

You know I have been going to Jiffy Lube for over 20 years and I have always paid cash. This time they tell me that they do not except cash anymore thanks to the weird CEO. Who decided that cash customers can go by the wayside, well that's exactly what I'll be doing. No more Jiffy Lube for me. There are other companies that would love a new customer who except cash. If I could give this CEO A -0 STAR I WOULD. Other than that the service was good. Goodbye 👋
