Friendly, quick service. My oil filter was out of stock but they were able have one delivered from a nearby store and I only waited a few extra minutes. I appreciated that they brought my air filters inside so I could decide whether to replace them.

I’ve been to this location a few times and I normally have good experience. This time I wasn’t too happy with my experience. I came in for a routine oil change and before I got there I noticed one of my head lights was out, I asked the guy how much to replace the headlight and he said it was $29 and some change basically $30. Which was fine, so when my car was done he told me my total which didn’t make sense to me but I went ahead and paid it. They normally give you the itemized receipt when you pay but he didn’t give it to me until we got to my car. Once at the car he gave me the receipt and told me my headlight was actually $50 because of something and I was like that’s not what you said. He was like we can take it out and put the old one back in. No, but my issue is why didn’t you say anything before you put it in, they normally tell you these things before actually doing it, plus he didn’t say anything about it when they charged me. He waited until I got to my car to show me the paperwork. I only agreed to the initial price I was told before it was done. Then he said I gave you a $33 discount but that’s not true because I had a coupon for $33 for my oil change. To me that’s very unprofessional and deceptive, yes it was only an additional $20, but my issue is not communicating with me prior to putting the more expensive headlight in and only telling me when I got to my car.
