Pleasant crew and pretty fast service. I'm always a little annoyed at all the up-selling (cabin filter, fuel system cleanout, tire rotation, etc.) but they do a good job as long as you know you'll probably never leave with just a simple oil change.

Terrible, they didn't attach my splash guard properly, and I had to go pay a mechanic another $30 for them to fix the rattle. SO unprofessional.

Didn’t provide quality service, more expensive than in other places, but quality is worse. Oil very pricy, didn’t reset oil change reminder, drove my car while it was on parking break (ultimately not clever). I asked them to do tire rotation, but only after service was done, they told me they can’t do tire rotation because they don’t have the right tools, so I’ll have to go somewhere else again now for that. Very bad, don’t go there. You can buy good oil in amazon 2-3 times cheaper. This place is a scam.

My tires were inflated yesterday at the Jiffy Lube and this AM I have a low tire message and the inflation pressure is under inflated by 6 lbs!

Extremely impressive service! Technicians were fast, communicative and fair. No annoying upselling. They even ran the code for my check engine light, which has allowed me to fix the issue quickly and cost-effectively. I'll be back for sure.

First. I like the employees, nice and personable. Now the process. They make you get out of your car at this location and wait inside.... Honestly, if I wanted to do that I would have gone to a real mechanic shop 🤷🏽♀️. If I go to a drive in shop I expect to drive in and not get out of my car lol. Now this shop doesn't have conventional oil, only synthetic and blended. They don't tell you that and just give you the other options. (That oil pump is broken I guess) I wish that they would have told me so I could have went to another location. I could remember what oil I usually get (conventional). Obviously, I'm not a car person so I didn't catch it until I went to their website for coupons. Overall, pleasant people but I doubt I will go to this I didn't know until I finally asked the guy if there were cheaper options than the ones given to me. Overall, pleasant people but I doubt I will go to this location again since this pump issue has been going on for a month or so. I'd rather not take the risk and go somewhere that has it all 🤷🏽♀️. Also, it took about 30 mins with only one car being worked on ahead of me. Not bad but I've been spoiled by my quick oil change places like Valvoline to be in and out in 15. Maybe they are short staffed or maybe this is normal.

I liked that it was done fast. However , I just don’t like that I was scammed. On the receipt it said my car was vacuum and the windows were wiped. No they were not. The floor of my car is still dirty with debris and windshields are not wiped at all. It’s very misleading that the staff listed vacuum and window cleaning as completed when it wasn’t.
