The staff was very nice and professional. My rating is due to pricing. I recommend going to Midas right down the street where it is better for pricing. I really needed my oil changed, or I would have waited. Times are too hard these days, and any savings help.

Had a good experience at Culebra Jiffy Lube. Justin and his team were very quick efficient and professional. Justin explained to me what needed to be done on my car however was not pushy and I appreciate that.

Awesome service! Shayne runs a tight ship 😎 Update 2021: been going here for years. Amazing service and they’re straight-shooters. I wish more businesses were run so well. Update 2024: I still regularly visit this location! Everything from oil changes to brake fluid flushes, Shayne’s team is the only people I let touch my vehicles 🚗🛻

I do my state inspections here every year. The staff is exceptionally kind and down to earth. They even offered to take care of my bill. I don’t know his name, but he made my day for sure. A true Texan. Great customer service. I will go back again to take care of other car things again.

I like taking my car to the Jiffy Lube on Culebra near Lone Star. The staff is always nice and professional. They make suggestions based on what the manufacturer suggests but they don’t force anything on customers.

They did my inspection quick but they also didn’t close my hood all the way. Didn’t notice until I was on the highway. Very unsafe.
