They lied about the service needed on my vehicle...then charged me over $100 dollars for it...then lied about performing the service...and then sabotaged my car's engine. They are con-artists of the worse kind !!!

I recommend the Jiffy Lube services at 7903 Fredericksburg Road. My service was great - the auto technicians were professional and efficient. I am doing a cross-country trip which required excellent and professional services.

This place Rocks, I came here for my side inspection a few months back and earned my repeat business and word of mouth from just the inspection. Justin was super thorough w my vehicle pointing out all the areas I should keep an eye on both for the future and just in general. Needed to get an oil change and transmission fluid change last minute and so I stopped in on a friday at lunch, worried id get told that they could get it all done on my lunch break despite being somewhat busy, but sure enough Justin and his crew stuck to their word and had me in and out with an oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire pressure check in close to 45 minutes. Once again earning my continued business and the word of mouth Business I will continue to send their way.

Visited this location to get an oil change. They changed my oil. Went about my business. When I got home, a cover from under my truck fell of broken on my drive way. I went back the next morning to tell them that it had broken off and my truck still was saying it needed an oil change. The manager said I must have hit something and that’s what cause it to break off. I don’t think that could have happened if the only place I went to was this establishment and my home. I think they didn’t put the cap back on right and that’s what caused it to break and fall off in my driveway. The manager just shrugged it off and offered no resolution and took no responsibility. All I needed was an oil change and a part of my vehicle fell off. But it’s somehow my fault and they had nothing to do with it? I’m going to learn how to change my own oil from now on. At least it something falls off I’ll know who’s responsible.

I brought my truck in for inspection I need a new tires I didn't necessarily could afford them at that time but I stretched it out to be amenable by the same token we all are fixing my truck I took the city bus home I got my new car I brought it up to your shop and I said I wanted this exclusive offer to make sure my new car would maintain itself forever but I was unsure if I could pay for it and I asked them not to do anything just like when I asked them not to put new tires on my car until I could validate I could pay for it and they did by the same token I did not get that same respect for my car I asked them not to put a new filter in they did it anyways I think you guys can't poop on anybody more than you did to me I've been a customer at your store for 7 years in and out and after this I've never been so jaded so disrespected and you guys are thinking what's the big deal we gave you what you wanted no you didn't I can't pay my cable bill right now because I didn't I could have got a regular oil change I'm very upset I don't have bad credit I have excellent credit and now this is interfered with that which is no big deal to your company cuz you got paid that's your main priority but I tell you what I had a lot of soldiers a lot of my soldiers I'm retired military and I didn't get a military discount on my last Accord I did on my first one my tires and I'm going to come back for that and I'm going to go complain and I hope y'all get the idea of who's causing the problems here because it's one gentleman the last gentleman that handled my account my number is . I'm very sure I'm wasting my breath at this point but I'll be back up to the store and I will confront in a very honorable diplomatic way explain myself why I'm not allowing any of my soldiers to come up there anymore or myself because you can't be trusted and I asked him what if my credit card didn't go through it did go through and it went over so I'm over and I don't have bills for this month and I asked him not to do it they said y'all would cover it the store would cover it lies and I'm not expecting that what I expected that is to be respected so I got back with my card the second time I had a new cell phone and I couldn't check my balance and I asked to go home

There were two specific gentlemen that were very accommodating. I was on the go, from out of town and I hadn’t eaten my lunch yet. He asked me to park and when I said I’ll wait in my car so I can grab a bite. He said that I was welcome to drive in and they would work while I sat and ate. Sorry I didn’t catch names, but I was impressed with the level of service for $150. Worth every dollar.

I, an 80 year old woman, asked to have air and cabin filter only replaced but they flushed the radiator without first consulting me. My bill was almost $300.00 which is not an expense I had planned. After being a Jiffy Lube customer for over 30 years, I will not go back!
