I just wanted to share my positive experience from today. I drove in to get my car inspected and then realized I probably needed to get an oil change. While I wasn't sure if I needed to get my oil changed, Marlin, the technician told me to take my time and they'd be there to help me when I was ready. After realizing I needed to get an oil change, Marlin offered all of the oil change options that were available for my car, explaining the differences with each option. I decided on which one to go with and asked if we could stay in the car as my mother is elderly and requires a walker. Usually customers get out of the car but Marlin, and his collegues Ely and Alec, were able to perform the oil change and inspection within a short time frame. Marlin truly exemplified exceptional customer service from the time we pulled up until the time we left. I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service that Marlin showed me I ran home and told 3 of my neighbors. They were also impressed by the service I received. I just wanted to say what an amazing asset Marlin is for the company.I hope this Google review gets to his manager, Mario as my mother and I really wanted to share our amazingly positive experience!

STAY AWAY - Sexist jerks! - My husband comes here and gets his oil changed on his truck regularly. He brings his own oil and filter and is charged $20 for labor. Today - I did the same thing and they charged me FULL price even though they didn't even use their oil and filter. When I asked why my husband gets charged less - I got told that I am wrong and that he doesn't pay less. So he told me I am a liar and then proceeded to tell me that the labor is what costs 55.99 - 10 minutes of "labor" - pouring oil into a vehicle? THAT I BROUGHT! Wild. And on top of that I asked them to do 10,000 miles on the sticker since I buy the 10,000 mile oil and they didn't even do that.

Very disappointed coming here. (9/22/24) Came here to get an Oil Change with my mom and the people were very sweet but after we left the engine light came on and the car LITERALLY sounded like a sports car. So we came back 1 week (9/29/24) later to see if they can check to make sure everything was okay and the guy who helped us the first time turned to a complete jerk. He kept interrupting my mom every single time and he told us to “ Get out “ very rudely. I was so beyond mad how we were being treated and later on he was apologizing cause “ he was missing the game “ EXACT WORDS HE TOLD US! I EVEN HAVE HIM ON VIDEO SAYING THOSE EXACT WORDS. It was the worst experience and he DEFINITELY needs to learn how to talk to someone with respect. Definitely will not come back here.

I always get a discount cause I bring 9 vehicles for all changes. I sent one of my employees to have the oil changed in one of my trucks and they wouldn’t give me the discount. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this location for years for all of my oil changes and always had an amazing experience until today. Today 10/29/24 at 4:15pm I had the absolute worst customer service experience and was treated poorly and even lectured by staff which was extremely unnecessary. There was absolutely no communication and didn’t bother to ask me what I needed.

Thousand oak location has been on point. Got there 30 minutes before closing hours. Staff was friendly and courteous. Got me in and out in a timely manner.

I was having a crap day and had to run some errands, Steven who works here helped me out and I left in a much better mood because he was so nice and went the extra mile, for me, just a Saturday customer. Sometimes I think people are awful and then I meet people like Steven, a Jiffy Lube oil technician and my faith in humanity is restored. I’m pretty sure this will be my go to spot for our family oil changes. Heck, I’ll probably even send them Christmas cards.

Went to get my state inpection and was told I would be next. I left room in front of me to let other cars pass through and they put 2 people in front of me. When i asked they said they wouldn't be moving people around now so I'd have to wait. No apology, no explanation. Nothing. Been going here for years- never again. Horrible service!!
