Visited my neighborhood Jiffy Lube for my car inspection. The staff was friendly, courtesy, and quick. They took the time to show me my cabin air filter and engine filter so that I could see that they are still in good condition but to come back in few months to replace them. Thank you the excellent customer service.

Awesome shop. I only use jiffy lube on Grissom Rd. For all my oil changes. Never had any issues. This is monrus later I still love jiffy lube. I only go to the one on grissom rd. I trust them

EDITED to include Update: **Urgent Warning: Never Visit Jiffy Lube #2152 (Premium Velocity Auto LLC)** I had a deeply troubling experience at Jiffy Lube #2152 (Premium Velocity Auto LLC) located at 9150 Grissom Rd, San Antonio, TX 78251. On October 25th, I took my 2015 Mazda CX-9 (98,500 miles) for its first manufacturer-recommended transmission fluid exchange and engine air filter replacement. The service seemed routine, with no issues reported. However, the next day, my vehicle began stuttering and rumbling when accelerating around 35 mph, and the digital gear display erratically shifted from 1st to 6th gear below 50 mph. Concerned, I returned on October 29th. Manager Marcus took my car for a test drive without me, claiming no issues—a red flag. After insisting on another test drive with me present, magically the problems were evident. After investigating, it was discovered they used the wrong transmission fluid viscosity (TSW3324 instead of TSW3309) Marcus admitted the mistake (on record via recorded conversation) and sourced the correct fluid from a Mazda dealership, performing another fluid exchange. Unfortunately, issues persisted. Instead of taking responsibility, Marcus then started to blame me for not servicing the transmission exactly at 60,000 miles, despite being within the dealer’s recommended interval of 60-100k miles as confirmed by IPAC Mazda. After my initial Google review the matter to General Manager Michael Gonzales. Our conversation was combative and unhelpful, with Mike denying liability and attempting to also deflect blame onto me. He inaccurately defended the initial service, denied knowledge of the full extent of the service they performed, and falsely claimed the correct fluid was used initially. To make matters worse, hours after we spoke, Mike posted a PR-friendly response to my review online, pretending we hadn’t already discussed the issue. Additionally, he admitted they changed the fluid again, meaning my car now has the wrong fluid. Which fluid is correct now? Is the wrong fluid currently in my car, and who is liable? There was no apology or offer of a refund—only continued denial. This experience has been unprofessional and distressing. My family car now has significant transmission issues directly following Jiffy Lube’s service. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with deflection, and corporate support has run me around in circles. I strongly urge anyone to NEVER go to Jiffy Lube #2152 or do business with Premium Velocity Auto LLC. The potential for negligence and dishonesty is too high. Protect your vehicle and peace of mind by choosing a reputable, trustworthy service provider.

This was on a Friday the crew was hustling hard trying to keep up. They did great in a hurry but not rushing awesome job on the headlights saw they were yellow and foggy and the oil change inspection done but still went above and beyond to be proactive. The headlights look like new and are under warranty once they get ugly again made new again no charge highly recommend!

This was one of the best Jiffy Lubes I have ever been to. They didn't try to upsell me and were honest about what I needed done. I received a discount which made the service affordable. The workers were very friendly. This will definitely be my new location.

I just spent over 200.00 for an oil change and windshield wipers. Wow! The people were fine but I looked at my receipt and the employee did not add my 25.00 coupon after I asked him twice. He showed me the price of the wipers and never explained it was 40.00 per wiper not for a pair of wipers. So I spent 80.00 for a pair of wipers. Wow. Never again.
