First time visiting this Jiffy Lube on Foster road.Got quoted an incorrect price. Employee was nice enough to honor said price. He even knocked off a few bucks on top of that. And, to make things even better, I received a $40 gift card for a future oil change. Automatic 5 stars

I will not go to Jiffy Lube located at 6603 FM Highway 78 #3305 San Antonio, TX 78244. My first experience was not so great. A young gentleman with long colored hair said he would walk me inside to show me where to go while I wait but he walked away and did not come back. I was confused so I got out of my car and waited for instructions until a young lady asked me if I needed help, I told her yes, then she showed me a way inside. As I was waiting inside I noticed they let a customer cut in front of my car which had me wait almost another hour long. As a first time customer I wasn't sure if Jiffy Lube accepted appointments or if they let him skip the line because they knew him (as they were all talking and laughing while working on his car). Finally, at check out I asked Bethany B (my cashier) "Do you all accept appointments", she said "no, its first come first serve". So I told her what I noticed and she said "he works here" which is why I'm assuming they let him cut in line even though he wasn't on the clock. She did apologize but I was waiting for almost 2 hours and I don't think it's fair to let current or "off the clock" employee cut in front of other customers as he was a customer at the time himself. I normally let things like this go unnoticed but I honestly feel like this should be accounted for. All employees who attended my vehicle were... The services I needed were done fast, but I discovered later that day that my tire valve core was taken out when I needed a tire rotation. The tire was leaking air heavily and I had to get it replaced.

Asked for Signature Oil Change at Jiffy Lube on FM 78. Went to grab some lunch will they serviced my car. Got back and let them know I wanted to pay for service. Had a long wait before they cashed me out. It seemed like 30 minutes but was actually 20 minutes. Saw them cleaning outside windows on other vehicles but my car windows did not get cleaned even though they checked that off on the list. Normally they are really good at this location.

Only reason they get 1 star is because they don’t allow zero stars. This location is incompetent. If you’re not getting your inspection done they will charge you minimum $300 for anything you come in for even though you don’t need it. I don’t know what they are good for after not needing inspections next year. Came in for them to check a part and the electrical piece of that part. They insult Auto zone with they don’t have the best sensors to diagnose the issue we have better readers. They then said a completely other part is the issue. They replace it and guess what the same reading is showing. They try to say well that sensor is gone when I never had that issue. The issue I came in was never fixed then they said well it might be an electrical issue which is what I came there for in the first place. They say they don’t know how to do electrical and can’t help us. Here’s a $400 bill for replacing a part that didn’t need replacing and have the same issue you had when you came in. Now who has the inferior diagnostic. My issue is when I come to a place of service and request electrical service you should disclose you can’t do electrical before we move forward. That’s not the best thing for the customer. Unprofessional to do so. I went to another shop and they were able to tell me that the part that Jiffy Lube replace didn’t need to be replaced had nothing to do with the issue you are having. I have reading from 3 different reports and none of them stated the part Jiffy lube charged me fire. Proof I didn’t need it it never cleared my reading and Jiffy lube gave up. It’s a robbery here. They should not be able to practice on people’s cars let alone call themselves a business.

Waited ~45 minutes for an oil change to be completed and that was with no line when I got there. By the time I left, the lobby was completely full because of how slow they were going. First and last time ever going to a Jiffy Lube.

What a scam.!! Everyone who went for an inspection was found with an issue. Mine was brake fluid was low. Another gentleman brake pads were worn. Then another one had a hose valve issue. For a vehicle inspection?? Never again

I came for a simple state inspection. They took over half an hour to complete the inspection and on top of that they uninstalled a part of my car to try an upsell me. When I refused it took even longer for them to reinstall it. I am never coming back here again

I've been very hesitant about posting my situation or even returning, because I didn't want to hear you all tell me that it was like that when I brought it to you. It wasn't. I came to Jiffy Lube on 78 to have my oil changed. The very next day. All the oil leaked out on the ground and my vehicle stated that I needed an oil change. So, I went to buy the oil and filled it back up. I've been putting oil in my vehicle non-stop. Today, I'm being told that I need an oil change, oil filter, and oil pump. I'm frustrated to say the least because I believed I found a new place to get my oil changed. Instead of driving all the way to the dealership.

J paid 50 more than what I usually do for an oil change but the staff at jiffy was so courteous and professional and even though I won't be going back for another oil change I do want everyone to know just how nice they were .

Technicians were prompt in getting my truck serviced with an oil change. Once they handed my key I noticed that the front floor board wasn't vacuum. I went back inside to ask them if their vacuum was broken. They immediately went back to work.
