They were super nice when I went in yesterday! They are super professional and had great recommendations. Lobby was nice and comfortable as well, smelled good. Highly recommend to go for oil change they do a really good job!

Alternator needed to be replaced back in December 2023. Justin helped me tremendously and made the process more calming. The guys at this location have been reliable and informational over the years. They are honest if you ask about other places and they do their best to help you out with coupons and such.

Didn’t want to get scammed so we failed the state inspection. We told that there were 2 issues with our inspection which was that the tint on the front window went past the as1 line which is understandable. The second is that our brake fluid was too low. I have attached a picture of what the brake fluid looks like. We were told that they could pass our inspection for us if we paid for a 100 dollar brake fluid flush. The car does not need a brake fluid flush. It’s a 2018 vehicle that has never had any leaks or any issues. The brake fluid lowering slightly is due to normal brake wear but the car was not due for brake pads either. This is the first time I’ve actually seen someone trying to push customers to pay for something they don’t need for their cars and it’s really sad how ignorant the interaction we had was.

First time was engine flush, and replacing oil filter and oil change. No vacuum but checked tires. 2nd time was inspection, headlamps very foggy, was sanded and cleaned and clear coated. BEAUTIFUL! Makes my truck look almost brand new! Lexi is a great personality and worker ! Ill be coming back. They all are nice.

For the most part, the service is great. Most of the employees are friendly and courteous. One particular employee was a bit rude and rushed through the entre process.

Great experience! Had my car inspected. I had no trouble registering my car the next day. It was already in the system! They are fast, friendly, and accurate. I'll go there again.

I took my daughter's car before she went back to college. They did the oil but didn't check anything else at all. Not air filter, or windshield wiper fluid, nothing. I had to stop by autozone and do it all myself. Another time I thought I had an oil leak after getting oil change. I took car back and they said I needed a new seal. I waitied and the leak stopped. It was just new oil they leaked when putting in new oil. I normally do my own changes, but sometimes I dont have time. Next time I am going somewhere else. I don't trust this place any longer.

Idk what happened to them but this location sucks now. Got a oil change and coolant flush. Drove for 20 min and my car over heated. Took it to another jiffy lube and looked underneath the hood and found they didn't put the cap back on correctly so I was driving with no coolant in there cause it all leaked out. Not cool! Never going to this location again. Take your time people. I rather someone take longer on my car and do it right than do it fast and wrong. Also i spent alot of money for yall to do this. Bad sign when another jiffy lube also mentions that they don't like your location. Update: after 3rd time coming back they finally fixed my problem. Gave me some money for inconvenience. I still recommend to have yall take your time. I was only planning to spend 1 hour on this and this ended up being an all day thing driving back and forth.

My check engine light came on while out of town. The only place open was Jiffy Lube but they were closing soon. They said they would get us fixed up & back on the road. They stayed late and did just that. Thank you so much. Y'all are the best!

Overall experience from all staff was professional, but one. Not the most professional when an employee would throw tools down to the floor when not able to remove an oil filter. It's okay to be frustrated, but just know that glass and open garage doors don't prevent people to seeing the unprofessionalism.

Took my car here for an oil change a few months ago. Came back 2 hours later, no notification that it was ready. They said, oh yeah it’s been ready for a while. For whatever reason it took over 30 minutes for them to give me my car, why? I don’t know. All of a sudden I’m seeing these guys gathering around my car discussing something. Finally they give me my car. Fast forward to a few days ago. I took my car to a reliable mechanic for an apparent engine problem. My mechanic gave my car a tune up and said he also gave it an oil change. He said there was barely a quart of oil in there. I pretty certain these jiffy lube guys never did my oil change. I’m never coming back here again.

Very pushy to sell you extra stuff, very sneaky. told me 30 minutes and took an hour. Offered to change the Air cabinet fikter for free still charge me. Be careful.
