Jiffy Lube technician gave me an estimate for new sparkplugs, which he stated was good for 30 days. I took my car 1 week later to get new sparkplugs, and the price increased by over $100. The manager said that the technician had given me the wrong price. They weren't apologetic for the error. I could've gone somewhere else, but my car needed to be serviced, and I had limited time to waste. I was disappointed in the overall customer service.

I highly recommend this Jiffy lube. Javier and Paul were great! I took my car in the morning around 8 AM and it was done after 10 AM, they change my brakes and did it sufficiently & effectively! No hidden fees or extra charges, 10/10. Ask for Javier - great service!

There's a reason why all locations owned by this owner are all D MINUSES with the BBB. I brought my vehicle to this location for an oil change and a state inspection on 08/31/24. While I was their, I heard a guy say he brought his car in the other day for an oil change, and he just noticed the oil was now leaking in the parking lot of his apartments. I lightened the mood by saying at least he didn't have a nice white driveway that was stained. Little did I know this would be prophecy. Things seemed to be taking forever. They were struggling with the air filter, then the cabin filter, then the brake fluid came up, and then the biggest thing. The tech took the oil drain door off, because he disassembled the latch in error, and no one could figure out how to put it back together. I had to intervene and walk through it with one of the leads to get it back on, and now I was getting calls from my wife asking why it was taking forever. I get home quickly for wife to go to a family event. I then came back home that evening and parked it overnight. In the morning, as we were leaving for church, I noticed a huge staining in my driveway as we were pulling out. It was OIL. I had NEVER had a leak before. I parked it and drove our other vehicle. I brought it into the shop after church, and they discovered the tech failed to tighten the plug. They committed to powerwash it on labor day right after work, but they were a no call no show. AFTER I created a case with Jiffy Lube customer service, they called. They came by a couple days later to power wash the area, but it would not come out. They blamed the water pressure and complained in our doorbell camera. When they came back to try unsuccessfully again, I pointed out the issue was with the washer not having enough PSI for oil. They said they would call when they found a better one. They obtained one and called me around 7pm on a Friday when I was on my way to a family birthday. The manager insisted it much be right then, but I refused his pressuring me. I had to hang up as I told him to come Sat to Mon, or have the area manager call me. No calls. I wanted to be there, and they refused as it must be according to their convenience, but I was not missing my granddaughter's birthday.******Note I emailed the address as requested in the business response a few days ago, and they still have NOT contacted me as they said they wanted to...NOT SURPRISED...starts from the top. Still no response from owner as of 10/15/24. Just a pretender...

The service provided at the jiffy lube on potranco was excellent. It was fast with no hassles. The mechanic over seeing my vehicle was great with communication and letting me know exactly what needs to get done, Prices, and also offered more assistance to look for other options.

Worst customer service. Don't seem like anyone knows what they're doing. They think just by looking at the computer it's gonna fix itself. Manager sitting in the office taking private calls and doesn't go out and fix the issues. First time and we're not going back!
